$SAGT Imagine if the dude who received shares decided to short the stock. Quite easy. Short an illiquid stock. Then take your long positions and dump them (you don't care about the price anyhow, it was for a license). Then you cover each end of period in order not to appear as increasing % of the float. It's easy to make money. Short. Dump your shares, SSR or not SSR, you dump. Than you cover once you made share price tank. Message to the CEO: STOP using shares instead of cash for deals with contractor. They don't care about share price, your investors do.
