$SLDP Interesting how people always make mistake after mistake....years ago QS went up to 120-130 dollar with just a hype and nothing else, then it crashed...afterwards people were suddenly negative on alll battery stocks....and now people make the same mistake by undervaluing Solid Power due to being overly skeptical....well I will hold and buy while this stock is ridiculously cheap.

$SLDP will be very interesting to watch in the coming months. Timeline of the catalysts: 9/30/26: Samsung is actually making cells using Solid Power electrolyte under the joint evaluation with BMW, while $SLDPsays electrolyte performance improved during that work. The initial agreement runs through Sep. 30, and management has indicated it expects the relationships to continue evolving afterward. 3Q/4Q 2026: SK On is potentially more important for proving manufacturability. $SLDP completed installation of its pilot cell line at SK On, SK On is obligated to purchase at least eight metric tons of electrolyte thru 2030 under the existing agreement, and the companies are now negotiating a new agreement. By YE 2026: $SLDP explicitly says it expects to announce a joint venture by year-end 2026 for commercial-scale electrolyte production in Korea. If this happens , it would be one of the strongest pieces of evidence yet that the technology has a path toward commercialization.

$SLDP I wouldn’t get too worked up about the share price—especially since it hasn’t been driven by any specific positive or negative company news. In 10 weeks, continuous production is set to begin. This ensures consistent quality, which is absolutely essential for the production of battery cells. It’s a significant milestone that should have a very positive impact on expanding the customer base. Furthermore, a joint venture is expected to be announced by the end of the year, which would substantially increase production capacity. To date, Solid Power has always kept its word—even when, for instance, many had stopped believing a demo vehicle would ever materialize (as was the case heading into early 2025). Perhaps we’ll even get more news in two weeks, when the quarterly results are released.

$SLDP could be worse… we could have got news that was actually bad about the company. Haha So much over reacting to the whole market sentiment it’s just silly. Long and strong baby.

$SLDP It would be nice if management would step up and give proof that someone is interested in buying their product. I will feel much better after they demonstrate that they can close a profitable deal. The longer we go without a firm recommitment from BMW or a JVA from another partner the less comfortable I feel about our prospects. Management silence has made this a really tough year for SLDP investors.

$SLDP am I the only one who thinks year end contracts, po and massive ramp up in production? Maybe???

$SLDP They are weeks away from potential contract signing/ Purchase Orders! Samsung and others are dotting the I’s and crossing the Ts.

$SLDP Certification of continuous production according to international ISO 9001 standards by the end of 2026. In my opinion, Solid Power is currently the only company in this segment that will hold this certification. - [ ] All necessary technical equipment is on-site and is currently being tested and installed. - [ ] Continuous production is set to begin in the fourth quarter. - [ ] The Phase 1 contract expires at the end of September; however, there is confidence that the collaboration will continue, driven by improvements in electrolyte performance and the cost roadmap. - [ ] There is demand from manufacturers operating in the robotics and aerospace sectors in the USA.

$SLDP Based on the following summary, I am very optimistic that Solid Power will really take off in just a few months. The only downside remains the very low revenue for this half-year. However, Solid Power is still in an early stage of development—a phase that will be behind us starting next year. Once continuous production begins, revenue will automatically rise as more and more companies sign supply contracts with Solid Power. - [ ] Announcement of a joint venture for the production facility in Korea by the end of the year at the latest. - [ ] Negotiations are underway with three potential companies, with advanced joint venture discussions taking place with one of them. - [ ] The production facility in Korea will start with a capacity of 500 tons, with plans to increase this to 20,000 tons over the next 3 to 5 years. - [ ] A new cooperation agreement with SK On is being negotiated; however, this will likely only be announced after continuous production has commenced.

$SLDP shares and $SLDPW warrants because "consensus 12-month target is about $6.88 and highest published target is $7.00"

$SLDP November 3 2026 After hours. Not gonna lie I’m optimistic, could be a real pivot to growth and revenue with a positive announcement. Duh I know. Stating the obvious but a BMW or Samsung especially Samsung and its breadth of market for SSB.

$SLDP Expecting plans for the 500MT to be sometime in Q4.... At least by end of year... That's a yearly goal "finalize partnership for 500MT plant" and also "main line the 75MT continuous flow line" I assume maybe validation of the 75MT continuous flow line is a prerequisite for signing the deal with the 500MT partner....

$SLDP But the Chinese are behind schedule, starting mass production after 2030, while the South Korean Samsung and SK On using Solid Power electrolyte are far ahead and will start mass production much earlier (2027, 2028).

$SLDP looks like the recent bullish channel is now broken and SLDP is resuming its downward slide.

$SLDP Everyone gonna wish they put everything they owned into this stock.. We can no longer rely on lithium batteries. If let’s say only state of Texas residents, all residents decided to switch to battery vehicles, there’s not enough copper, lithium, cobalt, zinc etc in this whole earth to cover that. The answer is Solid state batteries, #QS technology. They’re both gonna be very very needed soon.

$SLDP Right now, today, we have a 30 metric ton facility in Colorado that's a batch process. We're in the final stages of commissioning the continuous flow line there in Colorado on phase II. That will get us up to 75 metric tons in the Colorado facility. Then, as I said, we're in the process of striking a joint venture partnership with a large conglomerate in Korea to do the next level of scale-up, probably around 500 metric tons, with a vision to go upwards of 20,000 metric tons with that same partner over the next three to five years. Hopefully it gives you an introduction to the company, and where we're focused, why we're differentiated, and where we're headed from. We intend to have this joint venture partnership announced this year. That'll put us in a position to do the design and the construction of that next year to be in a position to ship up to 500 metric tons to Korean customers and other customers around the world in 2028.

$SLDP With QS in the past people made a mistake being too optimistic about their potential without any objective fundamentals, QS went down and people got very pessimistic about SSB prerevenue companies in general. NOW people are making the reverse mistake by undervaluing Solid Power while mass production is very near....SP is not QS!...don't make the mistake by being too cautious now. It is funny to see people how people are making mistake after mistake....it's called psychology.

$SLDP just feeling the downward draft from QS…eventually ( soon) market will see we are materials with a side of dev IP and QS and other similar companies are in a very different camp of ground up battery tech —-very ..VERY different model STAY THE COURSE Let’s see what happens!
