$SLNH $SLNH — The Dorothy 3 / ChronoScale / Microsoft connection now looks very real. Texas officially lists Project Dorothy 3A with: • Owner/operator: STX-01 LLC, a Soluna subsidiary • Occupant: ChronoScale ChronoScale’s latest 10-Q confirms its 50 MW Microsoft deployment will be at a Texas data center and that it expects to lease the facility from a JV involving a third party with site control. That fits Soluna almost perfectly: same location, same tenant, same 50 MW and same timeline. Dorothy 3 Phase 1 at 75 MW could reasonably support roughly 50 MW of IT load. The lease and JV are still being negotiated, so this is not yet a signed Soluna announcement. But the evidence is now far beyond coincidence. The real catalyst: “Definitive agreement signed.” BULLISH AS FUCK

$SLNH All these people acreaming dilution, but we'll probs have a war chest of 250mil + by reporting. Plenty of cash to accelerate the build-out of Kati 2.

$SLNH Correct. And theyve only gotten worse. Record dilution, executive compensation, and not even possible to obtain a deal any time soon. So far behind and way too small to play into this game. They will either fail and get bought out or be smart and accept defeat before they fail and are bought for pennies on the dollar

$SLNH Right now, this looks very similar to what we saw in late January and early February this year. I think there are still another 1–2 months of downside ahead, followed by capitulation. Whether we actually get a reverse split, I don’t know. A lot will depend on whether we get some broader market stress during that period.

This is so bullish $SLNH MSFT pulled out of Nscale’s 50 MW data centre project in Loughton, Essex, UK. Initial capacity: 50 MW Potential expansion: 90 MW Planned GPUs: Approximately 23,000 Nvidia GB300s Original target: Q1 2027 Revised grid availability: Early to mid-2030s has been saying speed to power is everything, he was right. $SLNH has the energized power, demand is gong to increase exponentially for these assets as more projects get canceled due to power constraints. Not to mention they have been hiring MSFT DC Execs. If the stock pulls back further this week due to another data centre dump I’m loading up. This selloff, and this news is what I’ve been waiting for. The perfect storm…

$SLNH The entire energy/AI infrastructure space is down 25-40% this month across the board. PUCT Rule 25.194 creates regulatory hurdles, but off-grid power queue bypass remains the fastest route to market. ⚡ Short-term sector compression, not a broken thesis. Holding steady.

$SLNH Am I happy about any of this? No. Am I amused by the bears’ hubris and incredible confirmation bias? Yes. 😂 “I said this would happen, it happened, so therefore, I know everything now, you should listen to me.” It is laughable. Longs know that it’s going to be a very long road to the top. Hence the name “long”. I’ve never trusted anyone that actively bets against my success. No one on is an altruist… most bears have to look up what that word means. Again, I know what I hold, and this is just a buying opportunity that I, and others, have been waiting for. Those who have foresight will win in the long run.

$SLNH Oh no, It went below $1! Whatever are we to do?? 😱 JUST KIDDING, I bought more today lmaooo All the doom and gloom bears are acting like every call they’ve ever made was correct just because the entire fucking market had a bad week. None of this is company specific. Small caps got fried today as big tech went up. No one understands systematic versus unsystematic risk. I’m not even a permabull, but I know what I hold here.

Soluna continues stacking specialized talent for AI infrastructure scale-up. Recent high-level additions: • Ryan Carver (ex-Microsoft) - CDO, hyperscale AI campus delivery • Neil Robinson (ex-Microsoft) - VP Construction Management • Dan Golding (ex-Google) - Board, 30+ years data centers • Ben Carranza (ex-Kinder Morgan) - Director of Community Engagement, natural gas pipeline & regulatory background The team now covers power origination, construction execution, hyperscale delivery, and community/regulatory navigation - exactly the capabilities needed to convert the 6.3 GW+ behind-the-meter pipeline into contracted AI capacity. $SLNH

$SLNH Valuations … people are comparing this to the dot com but the valuation of a lot of the AI neoclouds , power or infrastructure players is far from rich now but it was not even dot com era a few months ago. Is there risk on these companies ? For sure , pressure from interest rates , financing , pace of growth (too slow kill’s you , too fast also does) … But the demand from AI is going to grow for a while. People are thinking about application of AI to digital world but the application to the physical world is as big if not bigger. Soluna’s approach to power and AI infrastructure is right and for now it feels like progress in execution and also not trying to scale too fast. There’s also the bitcoin backup … I am long and bought too early but I am not worried about the thesis.

$SLNH Olezha Research has published its valuation model: 1. Use ~140M shares when the filing showed 157.7M. 2. Declare your $300M target “already reached.” 3. When the stock falls below your own valuation, abandon arithmetic. 4. Replace it with jokes, bravery and insufficient despair. 5. Predict $0.80 because Stocktwits isn’t miserable enough. 6. Call it “objective.” Textbook stuff. For reference: $300M divided by roughly 247M shares equals about $1.22. At $1.06, the stock is already below your own valuation. Your new $0.80 target requires a $197M valuation — but explaining that downgrade might interfere with the poetry about pain and hell. Yes, your $1.10 call landed. Congrats. We’ll have it framed in the lobby. Still no position disclosure. Management must disclose its shares, but Saint Olezha, Patron of Objective Suffering, operates under a higher law. Please continue. Even the furniture understands: when the numbers stop cooperating, simply measure investor sadness instead.

$SLNH That 0.50s was the bottom unless AI sector crashes more, regardless of dilution or 1B approved wont matter. This dropped because AI sector been doing for months, its just following. How many times you seen this below $1 then pumped back over $1-$2, you would be rich trading, just buy low and sell high. If they sign deals end of year then it pumps to $3-$4 quick, just sell and be happy. Dont need to hold dilution stock.

$SLNH People should understand this kind of price action isn’t unusual for a microcap. Especially in an emerging sector that requires a lot of capital to scale. Ofc continued dilution is a risk — but increasing authorised shares to 1 billion does NOT mean 1 billion shares are being issued tomorrow. It gives them flexibility to raise over time. Including at much higher valuations. That flexibility also matters when attracting institutional investors and major customers like hyperscalers. The question is what they actually do with the cash. If it funds development, expands the MW pipeline and creates shareholder value then that’s totally different from the doom-and-gloom story some here are pushing every day. Watch the execution, financing and actual share count. That’s what matters. Not the blood in the streets short-term.

$SLNH Have some balls and do the inverse of the way the price action makes u feel. Im buying, convinced this is the "spring" play to get all the weak hands out before they take it skywards. There's going to be a huge demand for computing power over the coming years, and SLNH is well positioned to capitalise on it. Hiring 2 heavy hitter ex Microsoft executives is not a cooincidence 😉 Days like these are where fortunes are made.

$SLNH I guess one way to look at it is if it were all going to hell these big names wouldn’t be joining the company

$SLNH Quickly approaching a new 52 week low. I'm so deep in the red at this point I should have just taken my money and dumped it in a pit and just burned it. Meanwhile JB enjoying his lavish lifestyle off the rest of the poor saps who are dumb enough to buy this BS.

$SLNH doubled my position today at .74c, I was waiting for this type of selloff in data centres, terrible price action followed by a news event and capitulation. We got it. SLNH now trading at 175 million Market cap, which is below net assets on the balance sheet. $SLNH is much stronger than last time we were in this range. LOI with tenant, a number of strong hires, Briscoe wind farm bringing in revenue. Dilution is part of the game for small startups, essentially what this is, is doing what he can to ensure the company operations and future prospects are funded. It’s also why you wait until the price comes down to buy and offset that dilution. Going forward i believe $SLNH will have an advantage owning the power. IMO it would be a mistake to be asset light, there is no moat. I’m also anticipating comments defending these companies very soon, hyperscalers have multi billion investments and compute deals with them. They have a vested interest In them succeeding.

$SLNH CEO keeps diluting here. He clearly doesnt give a shit. Soon 1 billion extra shares authorized. What a scam. Oh well. There is always the reverse split. And then another one. What a pos.
