FG Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized special purpose acquisition corporation (“SPAC”) incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia for the purpose of effecting, directly or indirectly, an acquisition of one or more businesses or assets, by way of a merger, amalgamation, arrangement, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or any other similar business combination. We believe there are many potential targets within the financial services sector that could become attractive public companies. Kyle Cerminara, Co-Founder of Fundamental Global®, is our Chairman. Larry Swets, CEO of FG Financial Group, is our CEO. We seek to capitalize on the financial services experience and contacts of the members of our management team which is comprised of finance, technology and investment and merchant banking leaders with senior level, multi-national operational and transactional experience drawn from top global institutions. Our acquisition strategy is simple—to concentrate on industries where we believe we can add significant value. Our team brings a combination of: 1) experience as founders, leaders, operators and directors of financial services companies, 2) decades of buy side experience in financial services with an extensive network of contacts, and 3) over a decade of experience working in all aspects of SPACs.
