About SNOW

Snowflake, Inc. engages in the provision of cloud data warehousing software. The firm offers Data Cloud, an ecosystem where Snowflake customers, partners, data providers, and data consumers can break down data silos and derive value from data. Its platform supports a range of use cases including data warehousing, data lakes, data engineering, data science, data application development, and data sharing. The cloud-native architecture consists of layers across storage, compute, and cloud services. The storage layer ingests structured and semi-structured data to create a unified data record. The compute layer provides dedicated resources to enable users to access common data sets for many use cases without latency. The cloud services layer optimizes each use case's performance requirements with no administration. The company was founded by Marcin Zukowski, Thierry Cruanes, and Benoit Dageville on July 23, 2012 and is headquartered in Menlo Park, CA.

What have BullSoldier members been up to? Calls on $SNOW and $TSLA , and puts on $AAPL . All trade ideas shared with members in advance, with entry levels and stops. $TSLA was originally a day trade, but as price action developed, I told members we could hold it as a swing trade. and $NFLX ? Stopped out. Not every trade will work, and that's exactly why we manage risk. Check the screenshots and timestamps. You can see exactly what I shared and when. This is what we do at BullSoldier. We identify opportunities, take the trades, manage risk, and adjust as price action develops. Want to trade with us? Links in my profile.

There’s now a triple bottom off $317’s support on the $SNOW daily, back to business as usual if we can reclaim $350 next week.

$SNOW NOV20 325C · still actionable Zone: $313.14 to $317.56 Invalidation: close under $309.80 Objectives: $335, then $355 The math: up 6.2% to the first objective and 12.6% to the second, against 1.8% risk on the invalidation, better than 7 to 1 to the second Dear friend, think of this swing setup like a shop that had a rough few weeks on the main street and then saw customers walk back in on Monday. Snowflake fell about 14.5 percent in five sessions, then closed Monday at $315.35, up 2.8 percent, after buyers held the $309.80 low and pushed price to $320.43, and what that means is simple. The selling slowed at a floor you can plainly see, and overhead there is room toward $335 first and $355 next while the November calls give this idea time before earnings on December 2. If price closes under $309.80 that floor has given way and you step aside, plain and simple. P.S. Watch $320.43 on Tuesday. It was the high on Monday, and a close over it would show buyers pressing, not just defending the low.

$SNOW love how this is holding up today given sell off in AI growth names, especially given last week’s run. Definitely going much higher.

$SNOW NOV20 315C · update Called at $306.84 today at 06:10 CT, now $315.35 (+2.77%). The trade is working, with objectives at $335.07, then $343.88, and the invalidation at $302.24. P.S. Watch whether buyers can hold above $315 from here, because holding this gain keeps the road toward $335.07 open.

$SNOW Diluted by about 37 million shares in recent years at the current $340 price that is about 12.6 Billion. $SNOW just fakes earnings to sell shares at higher prices. Odd they have so much debt and taking more if they were actually making money.

$SNOW context on the biggest insider sale filed this month: director Benoit Dageville sold 50,000 shares at 333.42 on Oct 7 (about 16.7 million) through a family trust. His Form 4 says it ran under a 10b5-1 plan adopted April 3, 2026, so the timing was set months before this run. SEC accession 0001821737-26-000016.

$SNOW hard to believe the institutional shorts ripped the rug out of Fridays advance. It was stuck in the mud for 12 weeks. Back to 335 it appears in a day or so to sit in the channel again where the institutions make a fortune on the interest…..and their arbitrage. I hope I’m wrong, but it’s given back too much already today. No buyers stepping in at all so far.

$SNOW turned data into enterprise infrastructure. When $CNET talks about 1565PB of data, the market will ask where it leads. If it stays in a presentation, value is limited. If it improves visibility, matching, and conversion, it becomes commercial.

Told people about SNOW when it was $130 per share. Snow is now $360 per share. Option contracts for the company are up over 2,500% since I told them. $SNOW $AMD $SPY

$SNOW Snowflake quietly shipped something interesting Friday. Agentic Marketplace Discovery is in public preview, letting users find and compare Marketplace data listings by querying the company's AI tool, CoCo, inside Snowsight. The tape liked it. StockStory put the morning move at about 4% to 358.68 on the launch; it closed up around 7.4% near 369 as the software bid broadened. One level down: two weeks ago the tape was fretting the 3.75 billion dollar zero-coupon convert as dilution. Friday it reads as cheap fuel for the enterprise AI demand bid. ISG's Thursday note fits, with commercial contract value up 63% to 52.5 billion dollars in Q3 and enterprises moving from AI trials to production. That's a direct read into a consumption model like Snowflake's. It's within about 4% of the 52-week high now.
