JPMorgan⬆️ $SRRK's PT to $70; keeps OW $NVS $BIIB - IONS RHHBY - PTCT JPMorgan said -- Ultimately, we are confident that we will see robust adoption (across various geographies) given i) our feedback that indicates willingness to prescribe/try the drug broadly across eligible patients given favorable benefit/risk and the broad label, ii) the large number of SMA patients who are already identified and treated (~6.6k patients in the U.S. on a SMN2-targeted treatment), iii) the high unmet need for a muscle-targeted therapy that has the potential to improve function as observed in the clinical data to date, and iv) the leadership team's expertise/success in launching global products We are raising our Dec 2027 PT to $70 from $63 as we reflect a higher Isembyld net cost than we previously modeled In SMA, we model 2037 sales of ~$1.3B in the U.S. (~$2.9B in worldwide sales). We remain OW and expect the stock to recover given we see this as a launch story that investors will want to own over time.

Truist reiterated $SRRK Buy-$77 and said -- SMA KOLs say 80% pts interested in Isembyld, expect 50-60% pts to be on drug in 5yrs; fractures not limiting $BIIB IONS RHHBY $NVS VYGR ARGX Truist added—We reiterate Buy on SRRK after KOL feedback supporting broad Isembyld uptake, with two KOLs guiding to ~60% and ~50% SMA patient penetration in five years. KOLs validated SAPPHIRE, highlighting ~33% responder rate at >=3 points and real function (rolling, feeding, sitting). Both would prescribe broadly, favoring earlier patients, with ~80% patient interest cited. KOLs to watch fracture risk but don't view it as limiting; expect most neurologists to skip DEXA. On reimbursement, KOLs see potential for some pushback early on in launch, but expect drug to be covered, as seen with other SMA drugs. Both were skeptical on FSHD but flagged combo potential with disease modifiers.

$SRRK JPMorgan raises SSRK PT to $70 on launch outlook => - Broad FDA label: ISEMBYLD can be used in adults and children ≥2 already receiving SMN2-targeted therapy, giving JPM a large addressable population. ~6,600 U.S. patients: JPM estimates this many SMA patients are already on SMN2 therapy and therefore potentially eligible. - Strong physician interest: JPM's research suggests physicians are willing to consider ISEMBYLD broadly because of its benefit/risk profile and the broad label. - Clinical differentiation: It is a muscle-targeted therapy added to existing SMN2 treatment, with SAPPHIRE showing improved motor function versus placebo. - Launch execution: JPM has confidence in management's commercial-launch experience and the company's established network of SMA treatment centres/prescribers. - Big long-term sales opportunity: JPM models approximately $1.3BN U.S. sales and $2.9BN worldwide SMA sales in 2037. - Target raised $63 → $70

$SRRK WEDBUSH Scholar Rock ( SRRK ) is well positioned for a durable, de-risked commercial ramp in the neuromuscular space, driven by Isembyld's first-in-class launch in spinal muscular atrophy and a broadening myostatin pipeline that can sustain long-term momentum, Wedbush Securities said in a note Friday. The brokerage said the recent pullback in shares, likely due to a standard regulatory post-marketing safety commitment and a perceived lower-than-expected pricing, provides an attractive entry point. Wedbush said Isembyld has blockbuster potential and is expected to deliver durable growth, with US revenue estimated at $5 million in 2026, $140 million in 2027, $349 million in 2028, and $634 million in 2029. Worldwide revenue could exceed $2 billion by 2031, the brokerage said.

$SRRK $LLY SCHOLAR ROCK (SRRK.NaE) Last year, the company said its experimental drug, apitegromab, combined with Lilly's Zepbound, helped patients preserve significantly more lean mass in a mid-stage trial. In Scholar Rock's (SRRK.NaE) study, patients who received a combination of tirzepatide - the active ingredient in Zepbound - and Scholar's apitegromab lost 3.4 pounds of lean mass after 24 weeks, compared with those on tirzepatide alone, who lost 7.6 pounds of lean mass.

$SRRK I cannot understand how beaten down this is since the approval by the FDA-and why the SI is still sitting at 18.65%? I suppose they are doubting the revenues and the TAM valuation.

$SRRK Isembyld is the first FDA-approved SMA therapy that directly targets muscle loss. But patients already have treatments targeting the underlying disease. So what convinced FDA that targeting muscle loss added meaningful benefit?

$SRRK High on the M&A list no doubt. Not the best biotech environment with rates scaling higher but patience will be rewarded IMO

$SRRK So they granted 83102 shares to new hires at the 51.85 exercise price. That is a kind way of crapping on investors.
