The lockup did what lockups do. $SWMR got dumped. I said let it come in before buying. That washout is the setup. Swarmer is no longer just a thin software story. The Ratel deal turns it into a real platform: combat-proven autonomy plus one of Ukraine’s largest UGV makers. Ratel already took roughly 37% of Ukraine’s UGV procurement spend in the first months of 2026 and has ~$86M in contracts this year. Earnouts only pay if they scale into much bigger revenue. That is the point. UGVs are not a side product. They are logistics, medevac, demining, strike, and a mobile launch pad for drones and interceptors. Pair that hardware with software that has already run 100,000+ combat missions and you get something the big primes still cannot field cheaply or fast.
