$T Just another example how someone, or media, like a SpaceX officer, can shock a stock. The reality, it will take SpaceX years to get into the telecommunications sector. Then it needs to park a satellite dish in everyone’s back yard or roof. SpaceX just simply opined a vertical growth direction it would like to achieve. You have better chances of winning the lottery then SpaceX ever holding a monopoly in telecom.

$T although I'm not an expert I know a little bit and I know when it comes to Communications proximity is critical .satellites in space cannot do what fiber Networks and infrastructure can do on the ground. If at some point Elon does decide to make the crossover and integrate satellite with some sort of fiber Network then you're going to see a serious War otherwise I think it's an alternative service to provide Communications in a different way for different applications and not really competition.

The up to 14 MHz of paired low-band spectrum is the indoor-penetration piece Starlink Mobile was missing. Most phones already support the 800 MHz band. The deal still needs FCC approval. The portfolio changed hands twice in two months: T-Mobile sold it to Grain in August for 2.9 billion dollars cash plus Grain's 600 MHz licenses.
