$TDOC Smart money keeps quietly accumulating under $6 while shorts lean in ahead of the Oct 28 earnings call. • Counterpoint Mutual Funds expanded their position by +1,000% in Q3, bringing their total stake to 1.65M shares (~0.91%). • Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA) recently disclosed a 5.0% passive stake (9.1M shares), adding to institutional anchor support alongside activist Voss Capital (~5%). • The Squeeze Math: Short interest sits at 30.1M shares (16.69% of float). With institutional ownership at ~86%, the active non-institutional float is only ~$23.7M shares. That means the short position is currently 127% of the true tradable float with an 8.9 Days-To-Cover ratio. Tightly locked float + persistent institutional accumulation + high short density = strong fundamental setup if Q3 execution holds. Patiently holding into earnings.

$TDOC Grow Therapy, which is a direct competitor for BetterHelp by offering virtual therapy services, has raised $150 millions Series D back in March 2026, valuating the company at $3 billions while having around $1 billion revenue in 2025. If Grow Therapy, which is similar in size and services (covered by insurance), is given a valuation of $3 billions (3x the revenue), there are no real reasons or such risks to give Teladoc (BetterHelp + Integrated Care segment) a combined valuation of $1 Billion. This is only a temporary situation and I expect to see 15$ in 4-5 quarters, once the insurance transition and Teladoc One gain traction.

$TDOC Sensor Tower data dropping big fundamental hints ahead of Q3 ER 🚨 • Q3 Traffic (July-Sept): Down only -8% to -12% YoY despite a massive -25% to -30% cut in paid ad spend. • Unit Economics: Organic search & insurance referrals are holding the active user floor, driving CAC way down. • Q3 EBITDA: BetterHelp margins hitting the 2.0%–2.5% upper boundary, tracking total Q3 EBITDA to top-end $70M–$75M. • Q4 Outlook: Seasonal health plan renewals & flu volume project Q4 EBITDA at $85M–$95M, pacing FY26 toward the top half of the $271M–$303M guidance range. Fundamental unit economics are structurally improving into year-end. ER beat setup is building. 📈🔥

$TDOC Divita is systematically rebuilding the leadership architecture for Teladoc’s next chapter. The recent slate of appointments speaks directly to operational execution: • Mark Anquillare (ex-Verisk COO) to the Board • Michael Grasher onboarded as CFO • Jonathan Dorfman promoted to CLO This isn't routine shuffling - it’s a deliberate pivot away from legacy consumer-marketing dependency toward enterprise B2B rigor, payer compliance, and cash-flow discipline. Cleaning up the C-suite and aligning executive incentives around B2B execution is precisely how turnarounds establish a fundamental floor ahead of an operational re-rating

$TDOC Watching this to seeif it can start to trend over the 200 (blue line) and into that gap. My alert is 6.75 to take another look. Have a great weekend

$TDOC teledoc is laughing their ass off. Its the only sector that is going to reap in massive profits from the AI revolution, and they don't have to pay for the infrastructure! The 3 way ponzi scheme is building it for them. $NVDA $ORCL And openai which spins massive money in a wheel, while investors pay for all. Oracle creditors just demoted oracle one time step above junk bonds!!! Massive debt, and Teledoc spend 0!!

$TDOC this stock is down 95+% over last 5 years.. what metric is the board looking at for not firing the CEO? Maybe some lawsuits need to be filed against the BOD for their lack of fiduciary responsibility

$TDOC nice little PR today. Market has either has an idea on what's coming here, and ignoring it. Or institutions swallowing all. I reiterate my 500b market cap for this Company.

$TDOC $SPY that's actually starting a chain with all 50 states, it started in Texas, and that's where the new wallmart partnership is going to tear with teledoc one in January. Its a wallmart everywhere.

$TDOC — one development today is worth flagging. CMS announced $169.6M for 91 Colorado rural-health grantees, covering roughly 250 projects. Importantly for TDOC, the funding explicitly includes telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, regional telehealth networks, behavioral health, EHR modernization and shared technology. Separately, Texas is reportedly deploying $51M to 68 rural hospital districts, including chronic-disease programs targeting diabetes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory illness and obesity. Why it matters: this further validates the market we have been tracking — government money is now flowing into distributed care + chronic care + RPM + digital infrastructure, all areas where Teladoc/Integrated Care/Teladoc One could participate. My read: positive external catalyst, but not yet a TDOC catalyst. The really significant event would be seeing Teladoc win one of these state/provider deployments or become an enabling platform behind them.

$TDOC Meaningful Walmart–Teladoc development: Walmart’s current Weight Management destination now places Teladoc Health directly inside its weight-management experience, alongside GLP-1 solutions, Medicare GLP-1 resources, nutrition support and pharmacy fulfillment. Walmart’s Better Care directory also now explicitly lists Teladoc under “Weight Management Support Services.” This is notable because Walmart’s April GLP-1 expansion named other providers for its weight-management offering, while Teladoc’s May Walmart launch was primarily positioned around urgent care, dermatology and nutrition. The current Walmart experience therefore provides stronger evidence that Teladoc is being incorporated into Walmart’s broader weight-management ecosystem, rather than remaining simply an urgent-care referral option.

$TDOC Can we all stop hoping or looking for a disease outbrake/ pandemic to happen in order for this stock to go up? Teladoc positive stock performance should be the result of a change in company's fundamentals aka BetterHelp insurance transition and return to growth. CEO Chuck Divita must perform and show results, not us relying on an external event.

$TDOC I know I ran off for a bit, but I'm never giving up on my baby. 7000 shares now, which is one of the highest amounts I've ever held, and I'll keep buying up to 9,000.

$TDOC Im buying more at these levels. I can not pass up on $5.75 for 1 share of TDOC. I been following this company for almost 2 years now. And I been liking what they have been doing other than looking out for us stock investors of their company. I think CEOs could think nothing of us and that really hurts. But I do think they are building out a Global Empire of Health Care with AI leading their way. I know they are worth at the very least 3X where they stand now... so for me buying is a no brainer.. but I may have to wait 1 year to get returns... I am all for being patient but this stock is heavily manipulated and I want that to stop.
