$TTMI down nearly 30% despite 60% revenue growth, improving margins and strong order demand. The delayed AI production ramp, increased capital spending and acquisition-related debt are legitimate concerns, but do they justify this level of selling? Add in today's brutal semiconductor selloff, and I believe the market has overreacted. Picked up shares near today's lows, protected with a stop-limit JIC. Fundamentals matter.

$TTMI OK I'll admit I didn't listen to the conference call yet. Did they say they're filing for bankruptcy?

$TTMI suddenly at 9x EPS. $SMCI at 4x EPS If you own semiconductors well above these multiples - which is most of them - you very obviously need to watch out

$TTMI Q3 net sales were 1.20 billion dollars, up 60% year over year, a record, and non-GAAP EPS was 1.46 dollars vs 1.25 dollars expected. Adjusted EBITDA margin was 20.1%, first time over 20%, and book-to-bill was 2.13. Guidance went up too. Q4 sales guided to 1.42 to 1.44 billion dollars, and preliminary 2027 sales were initiated at 6.5 to 6.75 billion dollars. Stock still fell 27.7% to 73.89 dollars. Net leverage was 2.8x after the Epiq close, with the 650 million dollar Ophir deal still to fund.

$TTMI I will be honest. I hate this pig edwin. He sound like a technical guy who lacks basic business sence. The pig sold 4 million share at 221 that started the descend. Then at an investor conference 6 months ago he was lacking confidence and giving clown answers...the article quoted management behavior however said business is sound. Today the clown did below Things got a bit awkward when an analyst pointed out that TTM's data center and networking division actually missed its Q3 target by about 10%. CEO Edwin Roks chalked it up to "project timing," noting that a major customer project was just sliding a bit further down the calendar. To make matters worse, Roks admitted the company is wrestling with some serious supply chain headaches. Wait times for crucial materials are stretching to 12 weeks, and sometimes up to a grueling 24 weeks. On top of all that, the debt from their recent Epiq and Ophir shopping spree will slap them with about $20 million a quarter in interest expenses

$TTMI going on what they have guided, you are looking at a fwd pe of about 9 on $8.50 bucks per share. if they can convert 80% of that then its a fcf yield of 9-10%. capex is elevated for some time and the debt is concerning if the ai trade falls apart. if it falls apart. if not, and the build out continues, you are getting at least 50% to a double from here in the next 12 months i would guess. id go for a smaller position with a wider stop, below the swing low of $56. if they go below there its a full blown rout and everything will be getting killed. but from here im looking for a return to 100 first. remember you are making a bet on the ai trade here. if that doesnt come back in the coming weeks then this wont either.

$TTMI this had the 2th highest daily volume in one year today, and at tomorrow close, the weekly volume most probably will be the highest weekly volume in at least 2 years.

$TTMI $600M EBITDA growing $300M/yr on sale for $9B Enterprise value. Analyst estimates going up too. Easy $100 if you can wait 4-9 months.

$TTMI Sold TTMX at $2.57. Lost a little that time. They’re throwing the baby out with the bath water here. Ugly. For a company making money with solid earnings growth, I truly think this is a good trading opportunity. May hop back in again.

$TTMI Selloff was ridiculously overdone as shown Fri. Still a big opportunity for a rapid growth stock selling at less than 10X next year earnings.

$TTMI looks like lol it’s not our turn today it’s for BE and CRDO but the shit show continue

EBE_day
$TTMI drop is more about the acquisition execution risk, not the demand story: data center & networking revenue grew +115%, backlog $2.0B. That to shell pass
