$VDTA The market has seen nothing yet with VDTA, just wait until they are on NASDAQ or NYSE and the liquidity comes into the stock, then the institutional investors can start to buy. The company is preparing for this right now for an up listing as they hired Chris Downs as the CFO and changed auditors who have more experience with listed companies. I have been in this stock since May and continue to buy more on any pull backs. If they can execute on their plans then they have the potential to have a market cap into the billions in a few years IMHO

$VDTA Just announced today that VDTA has engaged Goldman Sachs as its exclusive capital markets advisor. Under the engagement, Goldman Sachs will provide financial advice and assistance regarding the company’s capital markets strategy, including financial analysis and guidance on related strategic and commercial considerations. BTW Goldman Sachs normally does not get involved with 81MM Market Cap companies unless they smell big money down the road

$VDTA is the kind of float setup that can go FAST. ~15M shares outstanding, with some float estimates as low as ~2.2M. This week it moved from roughly $5 to $7 on only ~76K shares of volume. Low float + AI infrastructure catalysts + growing visibility $CRWV $NBIS $IREN $APLD

$VDTA The drop IMHO is do to the recent S1 filing on Oct 2 that allows for the shares that were bought in the PP at $3 a share to be eligible to be sold. The stock was around $5.50 to 5.80 when S1 was filed and all it took in a very low float thinly traded stock was for someone to put in a market order and collapse the share price. Nothing has changed as far as the fundamentals of the company, there are still planning on an uplist before end of the year with Goldman Sachs advising them. BTW one of the directors bought 85,000 shares in the PP and there was such a strong demand it was straight common shares with no warrants attached.
