And it’s got a decent short squeeze building. total contract value for the provision of equipment and services is US$8,208,000, exclusive of import duties and taxes. Payment shall be made as follows: (a) thirty percent (30%) of the purchase price as a down payment within three (3) days after buyer issues its purchase order, which shall be issued within five (5) business days after the effective date of the PSA; (b) the remaining seventy percent (70%) within five (5) business days after the Company’s written notice that the equipment is ready for shipment. The Company’s delivery obligation is subject to receipt of the down payment, the chip manufacturer’s approval and all export and import authorizations.

$XLAB Trailing stop losses continue to hold us temporarily on dips. If you remember premarket churning in the $1.60 to $1.90 range just like we are in this range now, then you know we can see $4.00 plus ahead. They jumped us to over $3.60 from the lower range, higher highs and a new base with Nvidia news getting tighter IMO.

$XLAB knew it! This just out. Had a feeling shorts were backing themselves into a corner! Short rates quadrupled today! Monday, watch out!!!

$XLAB I usually don't like to hold over the weekend. But I think I may not only will hold this bag ( well I am up so not quite). But the markets have been in the dumps all day. This stock has great news from a Fortune 100 Company. It 's well above the $1.0 so I am not worried about a R/S and or offering soon. In addition, we can only expect more orders to come from this news. As other companies will see the purchase as an endorsement of the quality of their products. So I may add this to my longer time frame holds. I"ll bet it can do much better whenever the indexes get bsck on the green and or with more news. I can hold for the weekend as a ling with no worries. I'd be biting my nails all weekend as a short though.
