$YI I wonder how much it works against YI management that they have repeatedly stated the stock was very undervalued at prices above their buyout price. Does that hold in court? Or can they be dismissed as superfluous remarks.

$YI YI (111 Inc.): October 17, 2026 investment reassessment (AI): My conclusion after reviewing YI's Q2 2026 results, its SEC-filed financial statements, the latest Cravit and promotional-product figures, and the September acquisition announcements is: YI is making real progress in its higher-margin promotional-products business and is reducing some operating costs, but the company as a whole is not yet financially improving. Revenue, profitability, cash flow and the balance sheet remain under pressure. There is also a major new development: on September 17, YI disclosed a preliminary proposal from its co-founders and a financial sponsor to take the company private at $4.52 per ADS. An independent special committee was established on September 28 to evaluate that proposal and other alternatives. This changes the investment analysis because the stock now has a potential transaction catalyst alongside its operating turnaround. Neither a completed deal nor a definitive offer is assured.

$YI Interesting that they said it twice "any alternative strategic option that the Company may pursue." Was the buyout to stop the slide or do they have something else up their sleeve and the low ball buyout offer was the way to get the other option passed? We shall know soon enough.

$YI established a special committee of three independent directors to evaluate a non-binding proposal and other strategic alternatives.
