$AITX Wow up 80%. While this board had so much infighting and nonsense banter, I was secretly buying. Kind of a no brainer.

$AITX Trillium Partners provides AITX with a $10 million equity line of credit. Under this agreement, Trillium does not buy and hold a fixed stake in the company; instead, it acts as a financing vehicle designed to give AITX a lifeline of cash to fund daily operations. Under the terms of the agreement, AITX issues "put shares" to Trillium Partners at a 15% discount relative to the lowest trailing market price of the stock. This structure acts as a "death spiral" feedback loop. Every time AITX draws on the credit line, Trillium is issued cheap shares, which increases the overall market supply and puts downward pressure on the stock price, driving further dilution.

$AITX are you possibly illegally pumping your company on this platform? The word FedEx doesn't appear in your recent financials. Would your legal counsel Frederick be able to validate this? I'd assume he would've signed off on a contract with FedEx, yes or no? Question, if you are and found guilty could you be possibly be charged by the Securities Exchange Commission?

$AITX Imagine a neighborhood pizza shop issuing a major press release because it hired a new cashier or someone to help sell more pizzas! 😂 That's basically the level of excitement AITX wants investors to have over today's announcement. Hiring sales help isn't a sales achievement. Where are the actual revenues, profits, and shareholder returns? A pizza shop makes money selling pizzas. AITX shareholders deserve evidence that the company can sustain itself by selling products rather than relying on selling shares.

$AITX uh I think you outed yourself again. I clearly directed a post towards you . But instead of you responding as a response to my post was given by Johnny. Are you not able to keep track? 😳 Next time use 👍 "This prospectus relates to the resale, from time to time, by Trillium Partners LP (the “Selling Stockholder” or “Trillium”) of up to 1,555,000,000 shares of our common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, consisting of (i) 5,000,000 shares issuable to Trillium as commitment shares (the “Commitment Shares”) under the Equity Purchase Agreement described in this prospectus, issuable in two equal tranches of 2,500,000 shares, and (ii) up to 1,550,000,000 shares (the “Put Shares”) that we may elect to issue and sell to Trillium from time to time under the Equity Purchase Agreement dated June 23, 2026 (the “Purchase Agreement”) between us and Trillium."

$AITX The Oct 20 8-K gives away the game. A 'cash flow objective' without specifying positive cash flow is a classic semantic loophole used right before pushing true breakeven out to Q2 2027. Here's the conundrum: less than 30 days after a price hike, they flip to a price decrease & claim a 350k monthly cut makes them cash flow even by Jan '27. Revenue cratered 59%, & now you drop prices while projecting aggressive growth? Where's the $ gone these 10 years? Salary deferrals aren't expense cuts; they're a liability time bomb. Is Steve relying on investor amnesia? While we wait for late filings, I wonder what the inventory, subscription & total revenue rows will look like. Can't wait to see the ledger... all those deployments...LOL

$AITX .... "have the receipts"----pictures taken over a two year period seem to suggest they are not a pilot program. "advertise"---no, i simply posted three different sets of pictures taken over a two year period. "should be hospitalized"---I have no current injuries that suggest that is necessary. "on the board of advisors"---nope. "you are here to debate us"---when did i say that? "screaming at clouds"---I can honestly say, I have never screamed at one cloud. I may have hoped for some to block out the sun, but I have yet to raise my voice directed at any cloud.

$AITX The late 10-Q is out, and it confirms the exact shell game. Management is hyping an '8% sequential growth' headline to hide the massive structural damage. Read the fine print: that 'operating breakeven' math only works by sweeping vendor bills and executive compensation into a salary deferral liability time-bomb. They didn't cut structural costs—they just pushed the debt down the field. Negative working capital means every penny of day-to-day operations is still completely funded by printing fresh stock and dumping it into the float via the ELOC engine. Hype the confetti all you want, but the historical deficit and dilution engine are printed in black and white. The ledger always wins... No amnesia here! 🔍📉💀

Will you compensate yourself over $6 million dollars?? Will you report debt over $175 million dollars in your new 10Q??? Will you still be a Going Concern??

$AITX Hiring an enterprise tech veteran to drive "distribution channel strategy" makes zero operational sense right now. 🤷‍♂️ If a company's back-office controls are so broken they cannot even pull basic accounting records together to file a mandatory 10-Q on time, their problem is internal compliance, not sales strategy. 📉 No matter how big the names on the PR feed are, an advisory hire cannot fix a broken financial schedule. The countdown to tomorrow night’s strict October 20 regulatory deadline is still ticking. ⏳ Watch the SEC wire, not the hype.
