In other words something that is a necessity that doesn’t change with the environment that is always going to be a need for.

$AREC don't believe anything you read about AREC. they have been promising ramped up production for 5 years. In the 3rd quarter they were supposed to be shipping. If they where shipping even a pound of germanium there would be press release. Here it is start of 4th quarter not a peep from Mark. Mark/AREC never misses an opportunity to hype the company. All the hype is with no product deliveries. Arec is small company how do you screw up the books of small company where you can't even meet filing requirements. Leave it to Mark. He goes to every single conference spending money but can't give the same level of attention to the books or getting product out the door. Why is the stock at $1.79?? This is why. Even a dividend can't help. No one believes anything he says, that is why the stock is $1.79 and going nowhere

$AREC ......failure to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.......The Company is required to amend its original plan to address the March Form10-Q filing delinquency to now address the June Form 10-Q filing delinquency - I wonder why they haven't filed an earnings report this year? $AREC bought my shares 5 years ago and haven't made a penny. Got some worthless shares of companies they split off. 5 years of creating shareholder value. I seriously doubt if or when Ree IPO's it will be worth anything. They can't even report financials as required. Most frustrating stock feel scammed.

$AREC I’m guessing when the filings are upto date, that will ignite a huge spark here. I’m glad I’m comfortable holding 100% of what I wanna own here going into this. So on top of the 10$ a share I think this is worth it when RE goes public based on just valuation. As a bonus today we find out that emco division of company is worth 275 million today! How much a share is that worth on top of RE valuation. I’m using AREC as bank account that’s gonna pay 500-1000% interest on my money. That should beat rate of inflation lmao.

$AREC will Mark fail again to his word today? They did say that their intention was to file 10Qs by today, even though they got an extension. If they fail to do so, it will reinforce that one cannot trust AREC and that credibility is seriously impaired. It would be a petty as their product is great but leadership doesn’t seem to be able to get their shit together. AIC, bond default, carbon mines, auditors, never producing numbers… it is an accumulation of excuses. Hope that Mark and team can for once start turning direction…

$AREC They can't file their document on time. This business is non serious. They have like 7-8 identical companies with same management. Fraud scheme? of course this is what I still think. I have removed 2 of their spinco from my trading account. This is the kind of stock to ruin a portfolio.
