$ADMA Went from down 22k to up 7k by averaging in with the chaos and not folding over the last 7 months

$ADMA There was approx. $319.7M remaining in the share repurchase pot to buy shares starting from July 1. As of June 30, 16,539,353 shares were taken off the float. The avg price paid for these shares was $10.90. 225,355,228 and 237,874,496 shares of common stock were outstanding as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025. The share repurchases therefore resulted in a 5.3% reduction of shares of common stock outstanding, improved share concentration, and will increase EPS. It will be interesting to hear how many shares were repurchased during the 3rd Q when ADMA reports ER results. ADMA Biologics is expected to report its next quarterly earnings (Q3 2026) on or around Wednesday, November 4, 2026, typically after market close. ADMA typically issues a formal press release confirming the exact date and conference call details approximately one to two weeks prior to the release.

$ADMA This is very interesting. The higher this goes as we approach earnings, the more impressive earnings will have to be to encourage a further upward rerating, in my opinion. What is everything thinking in terms of value and expectations as we approach ER in the 11s at this time?

$ADMA ASCENIV & SG-001 ✔️ ADMA already traded above $23 last year (before much of the buyback), which is not far from $30 in today's terms. If we take into account the significant growth of the blockbuster potential ASCENIV franchise, with very strong margins (compared with other options), and SG-001 getting closer, we're talking about triple-digit potential over the next few/several years. The stock could re-rate significantly higher very quickly as ASCENIV continues delivering strong growth and margins, while constant buybacks provide additional support. ADMA is already a highly profitable biotech, and when SG-001 is ready to go, we're potentially looking at a company with a leadership position in the plasma industry.

Re-reading the previous quarterly report helps me look forward especially since these guys lack a PR machine. 1st half revenue 239M, 2nd half estimate 291M to 321M. 1st half adjusted net income 80M, 2nd half estimate 90M - 120M. Asceniv continues to compound growth with each new physician/patient due to the recurring nature of the treatment. June had the strongest Asceniv growth in 2yrs. Share repurchases continue totaling almost 14M shares already this year with more to come. In May 2025 the board authorized $500 Million repurchase.
