$BCHT Also worth noting during Gabelli presentation MacPherson said "3 years ago the company decided the air business would plateau at $30 Million annually" as reason why they decided to pursue water business. That was a bit surprising to me as I thought I had recalled MacPherson previously suggesting they could reach $40 Million annually in air business several times in the past. I did a sanity check using AI (Claude) and, sure enough, see response below: <<Yes. In Birchtech's fiscal 2025 revenue guidance press release (March 4, 2025), the company stated that the air business run rate was expected to surpass $40 million in 2026, with the release quoting Richard (Rick) MacPherson, Birchtech's CEO, on the momentum driving that outlook: "This preliminary estimate is based on the accelerating pace of revenue for our core air business line driven by our mercury emissions capture technologies," said Richard MacPherson, CEO of Birchtech Corp.>> Sigh. Sloppy. To be trusted?

$BCHT Decent presentation by Rick M. at Gabelli PFAS Symposium. Not much really new but affirmation that deal for facility/company to be closed in October...he said lawyers assured him. Reiterated full go expected on reclamation operation in January. He said 1500 ton capacity (I assume that means per month?) with $1.5 per pound in revenue anticipated. (that would mean $54M in annual revenue contribution beginning 2027). More details once deal closed. Some more color provided on process and strategy, including expectation that they can get spent carbon loss down to single digits (from more standard 15-20% loss) as part of their reclamation process. Overall 50% cost advantage for customers vs. virgin GAC. He did say 4-6 months on lawsuit news (the first major suit...the case against Ameren he is still saying in next few weeks for court date). FWIW.

$BCHT New 13G filer is pretty interesting. Mainly invests in penny stocks but has held some winners in the past. Also has a position in LQID so industrial water treatment is of an interest.
