$BGS This is how criminals steal a business. Together they short it to the ground. The business closes and the criminals walk away with tax free dollars. Should be a law against this activity, but when you also own the jail who could enforce it?

$BGS Just bought 320 shares. Company director purchased shares on September 14. It will go up eventually but not right now. For this kind of stocks you need patience.

$BGS Wow, I just took a look. They need to fire every one of them now. This is a disgrace. The CEO and that whole management team should be ashamed of themselves. How can they let this get this bad.

$BGS This new CEO and his Management Team seem to have no Plan. They are all late to the Party. They are destroying shareholder value and need to be replaced immediately. Look how quickly the share price has dropped and has gone to historical 10 year low since this new CEO has been hired. This is no fluke, this is poor Kindergarten Management and should be no excuse for it.

$BGS I'm getting seriously concerned with this one. The debt-to-equity is looking really bad. At some point, they are going to be unable to refinance anything. I am down over 50% and it's my second largest investment. May start looking for another job if this goes under. Hope I'm wrong, GLTA.

$BGS The best hope for them would be if they got bought out for $3.75/$4 but that will never happen.

$BGS I need to take the weekend and reflect on the Tree of Woe why I bought in again after dumping in 2019 in twenties.

$BGS I'm still a buyer, especially at this price level. The "sum of the parts" is actually cheaper than what this company would be worth if it sells off all the diversified food production assets individually. If you're Risk Averse, this stock has a lot of foundational Asset Value that in itself is a bit of protection from loss - just remember that. Buy-and-Hold is the best approach here, my opinion. I initially entered with a 1-3 year outlook. The raw commodities that BGS must buy to produce all their goods - are higher than normal, reducing margins. Keep your eye on the Ukraine situation. When Ukraine signs a Peace Deal, and that war ends (for at least 4-5 years until the next phase - my opinion) - the cost of grains will greatly reduce, as will diesel/transportation costs, and fertilizer, etc. Ukraine war ending will have a more significant economic/Margins impact to BGS than Iran. G20 Meeting in December, Putin may attend, trade talks could shift the narrative on food stocks.

$BGS looking like a better Parking Spot every day it’s manipulated. I can remember last year picking up a $26 k divvy in less than a 3 week hold. They have cut it in half since then, but it’s all relative. I also remember this thing jumping $1 plus in one day after a good ER. Cha Ching.

$BGS Crisco maker B&G Foods sold its B&M and Joan of Arc bean brands to McCall Farms without disclosing the price, so the size of the debt paydown is unknown. B&M sat in the Specialty segment ($128.9M Q2 net sales). Long-term debt $2.52B at July 4 ($2.01B net of current portion plus a $513.8M current portion); market value ~$200M at Oct 12's $2.46 close. CEO Robert Mills calls it 'another step in our efforts to simplify our portfolio'; net proceeds go to repay long-term debt. Next: Q3 results, undated.

$BGS bags are already heavy. Just sell this toxic company. Management fleecing shareholders.
