Though it began as a token on the Ethereum network, it eventually migrated to its own autonomous architecture that remains fully compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine. Today, the token's utility includes paying for network gas, participating in staking rewards, and enabling decentralized governance through which holders can vote on technical upgrades and economic changes.

Users participate in a proof-of-stake mechanism by locking their tokens to support validators and secure the blockchain in exchange for rewards. Additionally, token holders have a role in governance, allowing them to participate in voting on network rules and future protocol upgrades. Value moves through the system through these staking rewards and transaction fees to ensure the platform scales sustainably

Wrong interpretations of BIS regulations leading to scrutiny of sellers selling on e-commerce platforms is affecting small businesses in the country. The analysis shows many of the seized products being Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS)-compliant or exempt from certification requirements, are leaving sellers struggling to earn livelihoods.
