$GNIS to any newbies considering buying, here's a breakdown of why to avoid this one: They just finished a debt restructuring, where all their debt holders exchanged their debt for stock. It's why the auth shares jumped so high recently. The fine print of the agreement says they weren't allowed to just dump the stock as soon as the deal went through, they had to wait certain time periods to dump. So as soon as that lockup period is over, the full dilution is going to hit, and the price will likely tank. Sure, the company *could* do well and the stock could recover one day. But I'm not optimistic.
