$GNRC CRAP....I WAS THINKING ABOUT BUYING THIS STOCK YESTERDAY AND DIDN'T BECAUSE OF THE MACRO LANDSCAPE. IT MADE TOO MUCH SENSE GIVEN THE LIKELY STRESSES WE WILL SEE ON THE POWER GRID. UP 33% AFTER-HOURS: Generac enters into supply pact with Amazon for backup power genetors In a regulatory filing, it was disclosed that on September 16, Generac Holdings (GNRC) and Amazon (AMZN) entered into a agreement under which the company issued to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amazon, a warrant to acquire up to 1.69M shares of common stock of the company at an exercise price of $200.9266 per share. 307,954 warrant shares vested immediately with the remaining balance vesting over the term of the warrant in multiple tranches contingent upon aggregate gross payments, net of certain offsets, received by the company and its global affiliates from or on behalf of Amazon and its affiliates for backup power generators for Amazon data centers, up to a total of $8B. On the date of issuance, the company and Amazon executed a long-term supply agreement. Initial deliveries of backup generators are expected to total $2.4B in 2027 and 2028. Subject to vesting and certain conditions in the warrant and the agreement, the warrant may be exercised, in whole or in part, through either a cash exercise or a cashless exercise at the election of holdings on or before September 16, 2033. The exercise price and the number of warrant shares are subject to anti-dilution adjustments. The company has granted registration rights with respect to the warrant shares.

$GNRC $AMZN Generac deal with Amazon brings revenue visibility, says JPMorgan JPMorgan says Generac's (GNRC) long-term supply agreement with Amazon (AMZN) provides "significant" revenue visibility. Generac's total data center backlog was $1.6B as of Q2 and assuming even deliveries across fiscal 2027 and 2028 for the Amazon contract, the company's fiscal 2027 data center revenue visibility stands at $1.9B, without assuming any incremental data center business signed, the analyst tells investors in a research note. JPMorgan has an Overweight rating on Generac.

$GNRC After-hours announcement: it signed a long-term supply deal with Amazon to provide backup generators for its data centers. Initial deliveries between 2027–2028 worth roughly $2.4 billion, with total payments up to $8 billion over the full contract lifespan. The core story: this re-prices a "home standby generator" firm overnight into a critical power supplier for AI data centers. A brand-new second growth curve just materialized.

$GNRC Datacenter revenue forcast for this year is only 460 million dollars. Next year was 1 Billion before this amazon deal, and now this amazon deal. 2027 data center revenue estimate is close to 2 Billion dollars. Almost a 300%+ growth for this segment. Could grow even more if they get more hyperscaler orders from other data centers companies..

$GNRC GNRC is exploding today. Shares near 234.50, up about 33.98 percent, after surging more than 40 percent in extended trading last night. The deal is a big one. Generac signed a long term agreement to supply backup generators for Amazon's data centers, with initial deliveries expected to total around 2.4 billion dollars across 2027 and 2028, according to a regulatory filing. Here's the structure I find most interesting. As part of the agreement, Generac issued Amazon a warrant to acquire up to 1.69 million shares at a strike of 200.93. About 307,954 of those shares vested right away, with the rest vesting in tranches tied to how much Amazon actually buys, up to 8 billion in total payments. The warrant runs through September 2033 and represents nearly 3 percent of Generac's outstanding shares. This fits a pattern Amazon has used before, having taken similar warrant stakes in suppliers like Plug Power and ATSG as it builds out AI and cloud infrastructure. Follow me for more on...

$GNRC unbelievable profit taking this morning, 2.4b in next 2 yrs that’s nearly 30% revenue boost no need to mention other big companies will follow as who doesn’t need backup power for their data centers. If it’s any other company it would be already 50%-70% up. this will go 250-280 in just few days

$GNRC Generac price target raised to $375 from $275 at Canaccord Canaccord raised the firm's price target on Generac to $375 from $275 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company locked in a "landmark," multi-year supply agreement to power Amazon's expanding data center infrastructure. The deal unlocks up to $8B in total potential order volume, with initial deliveries projected at $2.4B across 2027 and 2028, the analyst noted.

$GNRC I am a large trader with about 38 million in day trading buying power. I haven’t decided what to do with this yet tomorrow. The deal is inherently great for the company but at the same time issues warrants for roughly 3% of the company, so ever so slightly dilutiive . Since 308,000 shares are immediately exercisable, the normal playbook is to sell those shares so that the rest is a just a long term risk free option on performance. With the volume it will trade that shouldn’t have much of an effect on the stock but will obviously draw some other sellers out. Thinking maybe let it come in just a little bit before taking a position. I don’t pre-predict what level it will trade to, but my guess is probably 220-210 or something in that range but once it levels out and digests the gains this thing should work higher as this is it major vote of confidence, even if we’re only looking at about 10% of market cap in sales annually for the next couple years.

$GNRC In addition to the actual revenues and profits, the Amazon deal validates Generac’s data center offerings and improves revenue visibilty and stability. The deal also underscores Generac’s enlarged total addressabke market (TAM) opportunity. I would think those fundamental improvements to Generac’s business justifies multiple expansion that should be sustainable long term.

$GNRC should get back atleast 230. The revenue for Data center generators just doubled for 2027, 2028. Provided growth and visibility for next few years.. And this is just the beginning, only 1 hyper scaler putting in a massive order. We have meta, google, Microsoft and all new new GPU hyper scalers too.. DC generator opportunity is huge for next few years.

$GNRC $AMZN $MAAS Amazon may spend up to$8B on generators. That's the AI trade nobody talked about two years ago. GPU + power + cooling + grid = usable compute. Physical AI is becoming the trade. ⚡

Generac shares surged more than 30% late Wednesday after the power-generator maker announced a deal worth up to $8 billion with Amazon to supply backup generators for data centers, strengthening its exposure to the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure market. The agreement includes initial deliveries of backup-power generators valued at $2.4 billion in 2027 and 2028, with additional purchases potentially bringing the total value to $8 billion. Generac also said the deal includes warrants allowing an Amazon subsidiary to purchase Generac shares through 2033. The deal marks a major expansion for Generac, a roughly $10 billion company known for residential and industrial generators, as data-center operators face growing power demands from AI workloads and expanding computing capacity. Reliable backup power has become increasingly important as operators seek to avoid disruptions at large AI facilities. $GNRC $AMZN
