$KMRK Asian markets were down big today and we are still up 21% in the last 5 days. The aquision of Flourish Ventures does not dilute the public float as the owners of both companies remain the same. The pubil float percentage is now much lower and with the company forecasting 400% increase in revenue over the next 12 months, I personaly am very happy holding this stock with more news coming.

$KMRK K-Tech Solutions Company Limited (KMRK) agreed to acquire a 100% equity interest in Flourish Ventures Trading Pte Ltd for consideration to be settled by issuing 43,800,000 Class A ordinary shares. The parties entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement on October 14, 2026; completion is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected on or before October 31, 2026. Flourish Ventures and its Singapore-based subsidiary wholesale trade consumer and industrial products across global markets, including outdoor-activity hardware exported to the United States. Flourish Ventures is owned 33.34% by K-Tech controlling shareholder Kwok Yiu Keung, 33.33% by controlling shareholder Kwok Yiu Wah, and 33.33% by controlling shareholder Kwok Yiu Fai. K-Tech’s Audit Committee reviewed and approved the transaction.
