$LEGN It amazes me to see companies without any products can be worth several billion dollars. While LEGN with a blockbuster drug with will be >4 billion revenue and a rich pipeline is only at a market cap of 3.7 billion. If not for LEGN, it is possible that the pipeline alone can put the company at the current market cap, meaning the will be close to 4 billion dollars revenue is only worth zero or a negative value. God, give us a fair value of 40-60 dollars a share already!

$LEGN Carvykti can make >4 billion in 2027. LEGN will get 50% of the 4 billion to have 2 billion. The market cap of only 3.7b is unbelievable What about the rich pipeline???? In my mind, the market should be at a minimum of >6 billion, meaning share price of >40. Hope we will see some levels of correction in the remaining of 2026 and 2027.

$LEGN Legend Biotech, J&J's partner on the multiple myeloma CAR-T CARVYKTI, says CARVYKTI net trade sales were about $710M in the quarter ended Sept 30, 2026, up ~8% from ~$657M in Q2. Legend doesn't book that full figure: on Q2's $657M it reported $326.1M collaboration revenue, with ~$965M cash at June 30. Caveat: the number comes from Janssen, is unaudited and Legend hasn't verified it. Legend's own Q3 revenue and gross profit await its Sept 30 financials; no date given. Stock closed $18.62 on Oct 9.

$LEGN Q3 2026 sales number of $710 million for Carvykti is very strong and lands as a solid win for Johnson & Johnson. It reflects a highly successful commercial expansion, even as J&J faces broader pressures across its mature portfolio

$LEGN On X:The Kenyan Bull My latest buy: Legend Biotech. Thesis: the market has undervalued the structural growth of CARVYKTI. I think that with the bottlenecks out of the way, $LEGN is poised to soar. I expect this stock to at least trade at $35, even with Gilead chasing a piece of the market.

$LEGN Oppenheimer noted that just 4 months after presenting similar data to the LEGN In-Vivo data dropped 3 months ago LLY ponied up $7 Billion for Kelonia Therapeutics. Oppy said: “Positive In-Vivo CART data strengthens chances of LEGN acquisition in our view”.

$LEGN Just look at company with a similar blockbuster drug or a company with a similar pipeline, you can see you don't need both to justify the current market cap. One of the two, the drug or the pipeline, can fully justify the current market cap. I feel strongly that the whole thing is due to LEGN's relationship with JJ. Finally, LEGN has enough with JJ and hired Zhang from Novartis, sending a strong message to JJ. A deal of 3x of the current market cap may be in the work already.

$LEGN Robert Nelsen today: (Serial founder and VC for biotech): “In-vivo CAR-T is the rage and it may work, but it is not clear it has the durability or long-term efficacy of ex-vivo. In general, I bet ex vivo in multiple applications will get cheaper and will win in some big verticals”.

$LEGN when was the last time JP Morgan bothered to provide a price target for this ticker? They gave one in the past few days after a lo..ong time.

$LEGN MC 3.4B 😅. Company that will soon make 400mil per Q followed by 500mil per Q 2027 Q1/Q2.

$LEGN I would frame the probabilities this way: Most likely if the six-month update is strong: confidential negotiations, an option structure, or an exclusive LB2501/platform partnership. Plausible: an outright acquisition of Legend, especially if J&J wants the whole in-vivo platform and believes competitors are circling. Less likely: J&J waits until a large Phase 1/2 dataset is complete while making no attempt to secure rights. Still possible: the six-month data are technically positive but not sufficiently differentiated to justify a deal. So I agree with your central point: the absence of a deal by year-end would not necessarily mean J&J is uninterested, but strong six-to-nine-month durability would make “wait several years” an increasingly poor strategic choice. The market’s 40% move and institutional participation reflect that investors are assigning real value to this possibility—but they price probability, not certainty.

$LEGN Novartis is paying $575 million upfront for Abogen's in-vivo mRNA T-cell engager, ABO2203. Total milestones reach $7.2 billion, plus royalties. The target is CD19xCD3 for autoimmune indications, delivered via lipid nanoparticles to generate bispecific engagers directly inside the patient. The deal validates in-vivo T-cell redirection as a direct threat to ex-vivo autologous CAR-T. By having the patient's own liver or immune cells produce the CD19 engager from synthetic mRNA, Novartis bypasses leukapheresis, viral vectors, and multi-week vein-to-vein turnarounds entirely. Autologous cell therapy platforms pushing into lupus and sclerosis now face an incumbent willing to price in-vivo convenience at half a billion in cash before clinical proof of concept. Watch Phase 1 PK/PD readouts to see whether transient mRNA expression can match the deep, reset-level B-cell depletion achieved by cellular infusion.

$LEGN Novartis signed a major deal with a Chinese biotech for mRNA based T cell engagers (TCE) to treat autoimmune diseases. TCEs or mRNA modalities are alternatives for lentiviral-based in vivo CAR-T to target autoimmune indications.

$LEGN 💰Buy Range: $18.2‑$19 Target Price: $21.5‑$23 Bullish Catalysts The stock is currently trading near the lower end of its 52‑week range with compelling valuation. Material fundamental inflection points are emerging: sustained sales growth of flagship product CARVYKTI, the company’s first‑ever profitable quarter, and ample cash reserves, alongside new FDA IND approvals as near‑term catalysts. Consensus institutional price targets imply meaningful upside. Favorable technical and valuation dynamics align here, offering an attractive risk‑reward profile for entry at current levels

$LEGN Follow-up: Legend Biotech, J&J's partner on the myeloma CAR-T CARVYKTI (~$710M Q3 2026 net trade sales per its Oct 13 6-K), says FDA cleared its IND for LB2501, an off-the-shelf in vivo CD19/CD20 CAR-T given as one infusion without lymphodepleting chemo. For a ~$7.04B company ($19.04, 16:00 ET Oct 14, 2026) with $901.9M cash at Dec 31, 2025, it's a pipeline step, not revenue. Other side: early stage; a China Phase 1 is ongoing. Next: planned U.S. Phase 1/2 in relapsed/refractory B-cell cancers; no start date or cost given.
