$LYFT “Increasing Free Cash Flow Margin Juices Financials If you’ve followed StockStory for a while, you know we emphasize free cash flow. Why, you ask? We believe that in the end, cash is king, and you can’t use accounting profits to pay the bills. As you can see below, Lyft’s margin expanded by 24.8 percentage points over the last few years. This is encouraging, and we can see it became a less capital-intensive business because its free cash flow profitability rose more than its operating profitability. Lyft’s free cash flow margin for the trailing 12 months was 16.4%.”

$LYFT approaching some trendline support around the low-$14S here. For whatever reason, $LYFT saw a big ramp up in November in both 2025 and 2024 🤔Maybe we see a little more downside short-term and then a bullish reversal into the end of the year?

$LYFT: the 1,600 drivers who filed wage claims with California get a twist in the $272.5M deal: $5.45M set aside for them, and their miles count twice in the split. Court approval still pending, nothing to file. Open Class Actions.

$LYFT “Does Lyft Look Undervalued on Earnings? For Lyft, the P/E ratio is the cleanest way to connect what you pay today with the earnings the business is already producing. On that score, the stock trades on roughly 2.1x, which is far below the Transportation industry average of about 32.7x and well under the broader peer group on roughly 46.8x. The Fair Ratio framework, which looks at earnings against factors like margins, risks and market size, points to a higher multiple than where Lyft is currently priced, so the shares screen as undervalued on this lens. Despite the recent US$272.5m California settlement putting a spotlight on costs and regulatory risk, the current earnings multiple still prices Lyft at a steep discount to both sector norms and peers on this measure.

$LYFT “Outstanding Long-Term EPS Growth Analyzing the long-term change in earnings per share (EPS) shows whether a company’s incremental sales were profitable — for example, revenue could be inflated through excessive spending on advertising and promotions. Lyft’s full-year EPS flipped from negative to positive over the last three years. This is a good sign and shows it’s at an inflection point.

$LYFT: Lyft will not pay the $272.5M California driver settlement all at once. $120M comes in year one, then $152.5M quarterly with 5% interest. Court approval still pending, nothing to file. Open Class Actions.

$LYFT: California drivers, the clock stops Dec 15, 2020. The $272.5M settlement covers only pre-Prop 22 driving, Apr 2016 to that date, and the minimum-hours bar is not set yet. Approval still pending, nothing to file. Open Class Actions.

$LYFT With uber rushing into AV partnership allocating capital, LYFT should publish some activity around the space.

$LYFT Lyft is paying $272.5 million to settle California's driver misclassification case. The state labor commissioner calls it the largest wage-theft settlement in California history (Reuters, this morning). The claims: drivers were misclassified as independent contractors from 2016 to 2020. Lyft admits nothing and takes no operational changes. Payments spread over four years with capped interest. The number is less scary than it looks. Lyft already booked a $210 million accrual in Q4 2025, excluded from adjusted EBITDA. Guidance for Q3 gross bookings and adjusted EBITDA is unchanged. Also for context: Lyft and Uber paid $328 million together on a similar New York case in 2023. This is the state-by-state misclassification era getting priced in.

$LYFT This has been such a shitty company to own over the last few years. Literally gone/going nowhere unless sold.
