If you want data center exposure and dont mind very high risk $NUAI and $KEEL are good bets. Unlike the bigger ones that have already done 5X-10X these two are just getting started BUT they must get deals and that is the risk, along with the overall headwinds facing the sector which is also a large risk. So High Risk High Reward for these two.

When Macquarie crossed the line and forced that predatory ATM allocation on MNGT just for them to grant us that last extension,they accidentally handed $NUAI the ultimate weapon---giving us enough raw cash on our balance sheet to now go it completely alone,fund operations independently,and tell Macqaurie to beat it. More importantly, the Vista PPA changes the entire math:because Nelson locked down that Power Agreement in New Era`s name,Stream is completely out and we retain 100% of the top-line power generation going forward. We don`t need Macqaurie`s predatory financing lines anymore, because owning the primary power rights acts as the ultimate asset collateral for clean capital,leaving the shorts trapped on a completely dry tape with zero retail stops left to bail them out,because no one in their right mind would sell this stock now. Buying the stock down here is the smart move.

$NUAI It’s looking like they may be doing this thing without Stream. If so, that is massively bullish to the upside so long as they secure the Big4 anchor tenant. Would be super cheap to keep a much larger portion of the actual business. Short term this has neutral to negative impact. Long term if all goes according to plan, massively bullish.
