Holding it keeps buyers in control. Upside targets are 29.27 to 29.30 first, today’s high, then 29.50, with 29.75 to 30.00 as the extended target on a breakout.

That is why this swing into the November 3 earnings report interests me. A push through that high would tell us buyers still want it with the report date known, and the room above stays open until the low 31s. If it loses $28.85 on a close, the staircase story is broken and I step aside. P.S. Watch $29.88 first. It is the yearly high, and everything in this plan starts with how price acts around that one number.
