Like everyone else, I’m waiting to see how everything comes together, but I continue to believe in Henry and what he is trying to accomplish. Hopefully we’ll have some positive developments to talk about soon. I remain a substantial shareholder and am looking forward to seeing what comes next. GLTA.

$PHIL Finally we get good news. And I like many here I am feeling optimistic once again. PHIL has started the domino effect that will get us current. Phil has finally filled the much needed Financial Annual Report. I'm guessing that these next 3 steps will get us out of the expert market sooner rather than later 1)Filing any missing quarterly reports should be next. 2)Filing the management certifications. AND FINALLY! 3)Verification and the financial attorney letter. After that We absolutely exit the Expert Narket. The new OTCID has a tedious verification process. My hope is that Henry does all the paperwork correctly the first time. Balance sheets, income statements, cash flows must be on point. Henry go get it!!! Prove the skeptics wrong. I hopefull and optimistic fullfold and you should also.

$PHIL We are in Expert market and will continue to be in Expert market until filings are submitted. It doesn't matter if another quarter comes up and people say we need to file. Yes we now have to file for that quarter as well. There has to be a closing, or a financing, or a deal to generate money to pay for the filings and the lawyers and accountants. That is the reality. That said, I believe Henry will pull through. Everyone has to decide for themselves. At this price level, you can't sell so what's the difference? When it hits .0001, and .001, and .01, and beyond, you decide your own risk / reward choice. I'm all in, but it's my choice. GLTA IMO.

Some shareholders seem more angry at the bears who documented years of failed financing claims, dilution and broken timelines than they are at the management responsible for producing results. The bears didn’t put PHIL on the Expert Market. The bears didn’t issue billions of shares. The bears didn’t announce financing packages that failed to materialize. The bears didn’t make the “imminent” closing statements. You can dislike the people pointing at the wreckage, but they didn’t drive the fucking car 😂 Wanting people banned for pointing out the obvious is fucking pathetic If the criticism is wrong, refute it. Trying to silence it just makes you look insecure 💯

$PHIL 🤣🤣🤣 it appears is feeling an emotional , and thus is lashing out... speaking of Boardboard’s “friend” , the poor soul continues to actively maintain his bewildering 95-100% losses average without exception, which may explain Boardboard’s recent misdirected rage posts. recent highlights include the $YYAI scam, where he’s down 93% since late july alone (!), and the mexican $AABB scam where it wld appear he’s down at least 92%. naturally, is posting very ‘bullish’ on the foreign $PHIL scam, where he and fellow scam jockey’s are literally down 100%. 👏👏👏

$PHIL Henry generated multiple millions of dollars from mass dilution and a fake restricted share scheme but Brinfin says it’s not poor Henry’s fault for being delinquent on the filings. Poor Henry just needs more money is all. Oh yeah, he conveniently left out that Henry forged Rao’s signature on past filings causing the SEC to send him a warning letter. But no matter, Brinfin says Henry’s a stand-up guy who’s working hard for us, his valued shareholders! And according to Brinfin, “you can’t sell so what’s the difference “. Yeah, forget the fact that we were fed false and misleading information for years. We should just shut up and smile as we bend over for God-Fearing Mr. Fahman. Makes complete sense, doesn’t it?

$PHIL There’s zero assets or revenue, an unimaginably horrendous share structure, and massive debt…. Sadly, we’ve had every cent stolen from us with this devilish scam. GB

$PHIL I find it hard to believe how much conversation still happens here. This is dead and has been dead! And it will NEVER be alive again. Move on because you will never see your money again. Stolen by a career criminal!
