$PRAX Finally pulled the trigger on PRAX and loaded up on this dip. I respect several of the bullish analysts who feel this is a winner. Waiting to buy was not easy, although I bailed on $JAZZ before it dipped. I like both, but went risk-on today with PRAX.

$PRAX Now 3 months until Relutrigine PDUFA date, December 27, 2026. Relutrigine holds Priority Review, Breakthrough Therapy, Orphan Drug and Rare Pediatric Disease designations from the FDA.

$PRAX We wait for fda approval in december and january. Could b e sooner for ulixacaltamide and relutrigene. Vormatrigine is currently paused in late-stage clinical development following mixed results in primary and secondary trial endpoints.

$PRAX As a follow-up to the EMBOLD study, in which PRAX treated SCN2A and SCN8A developmental and epileptic encephalopathy (DEE) patients with Relutrigine, PRAX is currently conducting the broader EMERALD clinical trial. EMERALD is testing Relutrigine across more than 50 distinct genetic etiologies of DEEs. PRAX surpassed their EMERALD enrollment goal of 160 patients, enrolling approximately 200 patients. The topline readout of EMERALD is expected to occur in Q4, 2026. Since clinicaltrials dot gov (NCT07010471) indicates primary completion in DEC 2026, we can expect the read out to occur in December. If the results are good, PRAX plans to submit an sNDA to the FDA for broad DEE approval of Relutrigine.

EMERALD is a broader trial of relutrigine across more than 50 distinct genetic etiologies of DEEs. Topline results are expected to be read out in the fourth quarter of 2026 and, if positive, could support a supplemental NDA submission in 2027.

Both assets are approvable and have transformative potential in their respective indications.

$PRAX watching this for starting a long term position. Thankful they are researching SCN2A. My daughter has LoF (thankfully) and it is such a rare condition. Wanted to short the 370s, but morally I can only hope for their success for families like mine. Let's goooooo 💪
