$PWRL annual dividend yield is ~8.8% (the yield of 6% is based on the NAV not stock price) with a NAV discount of 32.5%. Truly incredible you get to own a fund that is 30% + below its fair value with a nearly 9% dividend. Usually the only way you can get such yields is distressed companies like $WU , $KSS etc or perhaps junk bonds

$PWRL For anybody waiting for the latest NAV, it may be a while: "Our NAV is reported within 15 business days after the end of each month, except for NAV per share for the last month of the Fund's fiscal year (September), which will be published on our website within 60 days of the end of the month."

$PWRL the call that management did was really pathetic. It will bring out the likes of Boaz Weinstein who can buy the shares at a major discount to a rising NAV and he can replace management and reduce the management fee that is not deserved. Adding a dividend also made no sense. No one invests in pre-IPO growth companies for a dividend, in fact if they are doing a good job we should not want a dividend.

$PWRL The management company that organized this closed end fund are idiots. They should have aggressively been buying the stock at a 30% discount. The trading volume is pathetic. We need someone like Boaz Weinstein to come in and buy a lot of stock, drop the management fee and kick out Akkadian.

$PWRL they moved the late November final and largest share unlock to today, that’s the reason for the big selling today. No more unlocks remain however
