$VICR Vicor raises Q3 sequential growth guidance to more than 20% from nearly 10% Vicor raised its Q3 sequential growth guidance from nearly 10% to more than 20% in view of royalties from a recently announced non-exclusive license to Vertical Power Delivery. Commenting on industry trends, CEO Patrizio Vinciarelli stated: "Among OEMs and hyperscalers, four leading companies have secured licenses to power system technology pioneered and patented by Vicor. Unlicensed hyperscalers first reached out after their computing systems were banned from importation because of infringing NBMs; and, upon recognition that computing systems using VPD could also be banned. Since the first patent to VPD was only recently asserted, it is still possible to secure a license at an early stage of escalation with a low royalty rate. Suppliers selling otherwise infringing power modules to licensed OEMs and hyperscalers contribute to scalability in an ecosystem requiring multi-source supply chains. Responsible companies, respecting the patent rights of innovators, will benefit from expanded market opportunities enabled by Vicor's power system technology. Suppliers that copy innovators and disregard their patent rights will continue to cause supply disruption to their customers and be liable for monetary damages to Vicor. They may also be excluded from the market opportunity to supply power systems covered by Vicor patents."

Also starter in $VICR in savvy trader account. Put a little cash to work today just in case this rally is beginning of something bigger and I am wrong about imminent flash crash. Gotta hedge against my bias lol.

$VICR price target raised to $448 and here we are. The investigation is on behalf of VICR and they will gain from proving their patent was infringed. This is not a negative. They will have more control on the chip design pipeline

$VICR Let them sell. This is one business i am happy to accumulate. Their recurring IP royalty & license revenues are increasing to 30% of sales at near 100% gross margin. Each license is$60m guaranteed for the first 2 yrs. On top of that $60 million baseline, Vicor recently signed a fourth major non-exclusive license for its Vertical Power Delivery (VPD) technology with a leading AI equipment manufacturer.

$VICR This stock graduated to Russell 1000 late June. This rebalance leads to higher volatility until things settle. Focus on the future performance not just what is happening today (although frustrating at times). GLTA!

$VICR commision No. Vicor is the complainant, not a respondent, in the new VPD investigation. The U.S. International Trade Commission formally instituted investigation 337-TA-1526 on October 9, 2026, based on Vicor's complaint alleging that 20 companies infringe its vertical power-delivery patent. United States International Trade Commission +1 Vicor's role: Plaintiff/complainant seeking enforcement of its patent rights. Respondents: Companies including Monolithic Power Systems, Infineon, Delta Electronics, Foxconn and others. United States International Trade Commission Current status: The investigation is pending before an administrative law judge. The ITC has not determined whether infringement occurred. USITC Investigations Investor takeaway: This case is an enforcement action by Vicor, not an ITC investigation against Vicor. Vicor's own exposure is that it must establish the alleged infringement and satisfy the applicable legal requirements to obtain the requested remedies.
