$SEGG The Company is currently awaiting confirmation of the hearing date and intends to file its Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2026 as soon as practicable to cure the one remaining deficiency.

$SEGG Earliest possible due date is 15 days from October 14th ("On October 14, 2026, Sports Entertainment Gaming Global Corporation (the “Company”) received a letter (the “Staff Determination”)...) which would be October 29th. That's if they requested a hearing on the day they received the letter. The latest possible date is 15 days from October 20th when the filing was released, since that letter says they already requested a hearing. That would be November 4th. That is all assuming they do not get approval for a hearing by then.

$SEGG Delisting notice just was uploaded. They paid 20K and got 15 days more to file, they were holding the letter since October 14th!

$SEGG The way I see it if the Company can’t open a new ATM or Offering so need to get loans to get ahead but they have to proved they are in the way to recovery to get access to Loans so am pretty sure the earnings won’t disappoint even do still not profitable so let’s wait and see!

$SEGG You know it is coming soon: Multiple press releases and the Q2 report which will be much better than the Q1.

$SEGG is it going happen? Is this it? Was this all a dream? Are the days of bag holding soon behind us?

$SEGG "The Company currently expects to file the Q2 Form 10-Q as soon as practically possible, subject to completion of its independent registered public accounting firm’s review." Does this mean the report is finished and it's just getting audited now?

$SEGG - Is it just me or why does the pro-forma, first shown via a May 6, 2026 press release about Veloce/Quadrant combined with SEGG not look anything like the Q1 report? How will they make $10M in a year if they only make $1M in a quarter?

$SEGG I just feel like there's no shot that this doesn't blast off when they regain compliance.

$SEGG so 15 more possible days of bleeding 5-10% avg loss per day, we’ll be below the $1 Nasdaq bid before the filing, giving a new non compliance issue, I’m a delusional bag holder at this point not willing to take the loss so a captain will go down with his sinking ship.

$SEGG this has been an EXCRUCIATING hold, but on the flip side the market has been red the past few days around the board. We need a filing Monday, regained compliance to find natural price discovery, and hopefully strong revenue numbers. All my fellow holders, I’d love to hear your thoughts, and make a prayer we flourish.

$SEGG With a sub 3 million float, I expected some discord group to pump this once in the past two months...I guess not.

$SEGG I know I’m uasually all joking in here just a beat down battered rambling dog at this point, if anyone else uses the KST indicator I posted a few weeks ago with the complaince plan on a daily time frame and money flow and accumulation/ distribution overlayed which was bullish, but weekly timeframe it still looks like late October early November it could cross over it, a positive q-2 could send it any moment but it still is in a sell signal couldn’t even hold 0 or break over during last run cause they couldn’t follow up with news, and selling has been non stop till this past week, accumulation & distribution has been growing positive which is weird, if they don’t release a q-2 or we get another noncompliance there’s no saying how low they will let this go obviously in there history of a lot of noncompliance notices it doesn’t bother the company or they don’t care and somehow manage to get complaince again, with such a tight float a run is a matter of when and how low it will be.

$SEGG I don’t think they’re going through all this to not be a major comeback story - especially on the path of being complaint again. $20 PT. Let’s go.

$SEGG I think the 10-Qs are ready they just putting lipstick on the Pig, as far i know management its trying its best to turn around the boat and would look terrible dropping it at the last minute, October 12th is a Holiday and the market needs time to digest it and after 4 rundowns in this stock i had made about 27K in profit i dont think my gut is wrong this time!
