Shell has reached an agreement with DCC Energy regarding the potential sale of its French mobility business, according to Reuters, citing a person familiar with the matter and documents it reviewed. The transaction has not yet been finalized but is expected to close in Q2 2027, subject to consultation with employee representatives. The deal covers approximately 70 service stations, eight liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities and the transfer of 35 employees. Shell confirmed it is exploring the sale of its French service-station business but declined to provide further details. The financial value of the transaction has not yet been determined. DCC Energy, which operates across Europe and the United States, supplies energy to millions of industrial and public-sector customers. Its operations include liquefied gas distribution, service stations, fleet services and off-grid energy solutions. $SHEL

$SHEL Every new 52-week high is a new all-time high for Shel at this point. The new deal to significantly increase LNG shipping to Asia fr west coast of Canada (thus avoiding Strait of Hormuz bottleneck) begs the question, “How high can Shel‘s current run go?”

$SHEL Shell took the final investment decision on LNG Canada Phase 2 today, doubling the Kitimat facility to 28 million tonnes a year from 14. Shell owns 40% and expects to take nearly 6 million tonnes a year of the additional LNG itself. Commercial operations start in the early 2030s. The timing is what makes it interesting. Shell's own LNG outlook has global demand up about 60% by 2040 and 65% by 2050, even as a wave of new projects fed glut fears. That wave is quieter than it looks. Qatari and UAE exports are curtailed by the Hormuz restrictions, and LNG Canada ships from the Pacific side with no Hormuz exposure at all. The company says it expects double-digit returns. The demand case rests on growing populations and power-hungry data centers.

$SHEL , The technical indicators are all fine. And Sawon is vigurously selling unprofitable assets and replacing them by profitable ones. And the PEG (price to earnings and growth Alltogether) . Is low wich is a good sign. It is 0,68 and below one is cheap.
