$VNTG Seeing as how this forum is completely DEAD and void of any due diligence.... Let me toss out a few positives from the most recent quarterly report and conference call. According to SEC filings, Vantage has approximately $8.9 million dollars in CASH on it's balance sheet. This represents 45% of their entire $19.67 million dollar market cap. They appear to be exceptionally well capitalized and do NOT need to come to market (dilute) to fund daily ship brokering operations or the Hado SaaS expansion. Their cash burn rate is only $800K - $1M ANNUALIZED. Seeing as how they have nearly $9 MILLION dollars in cash vs a $1M annual burn, provides them with a cash runway of 8 - 9 years and that's if market conditions remain completely flat. The simple fact that the company recently completed it's $1,000,000 dollar share buyback and RETIREMENT of shares back to treasury, speaks volumes that the co feels the PPS is grossly undervalued. That's it in a nut shell - my two cents

$VNTG is it just me or does anyone else feel like we are in purgatory holding this stock for a year and it has done absolutely nothing? The company purchased 1 million dollars worth of their own stock and retired those shares back into the treasury. And it has gone down since then. What exactly is it going to take to bring investors into this name? I realize "ship brokering" is a very boring industry from the standpoint of shareholders getting excited about anything. But with the cash this company has on hand and it's extremely low burn rate of between $800,000 - $1 million dollars per year, it just makes no sense why we would be trading down here in the $0.50 level. Clearly they do not need to perform any type of a capital raise to raise cash, especially after having just invested $1 million dollars of corporate money to purchase back stock. The weakness on the chart is simply perplexing. Doesn't anyone have any input here?
