WWR Westwater Resources Inc

$WWR This was a very smart move by management. Anne is a promisingly a well respected veteran in the industry. She's exactly who we needed in our corner moving foward. She also seems have great connections with her previous employer that landed a Tesla deal 4 years ago.

$WWR 4. Over-Reliance on Government Policy Backing The company's primary lifeline is the strict U.S. domestic policy environment. Strict tariffs on Chinese graphite imports mean North American EV makers must eventually find domestic suppliers. Westwater is highly likely to remain a localized favorite for government support (evident by its recent $25M EXIM loan and $58M in adjacent critical-mineral strategic deals). The Bottom Line The company is unlikely to go bankrupt because its graphite assets are federally recognized as strategically vital. However, the path of least resistance involves sluggish stock performance, continued reliance on dilutive equity financing, and a slow crawl toward its 2027 operational target. It remains a highly speculative, binary bet on whether they can secure a tier-1 buyer before running out of funds.

$WWR Double bottom at .51 on 4h chart. Momentum oscillator hesitates and looks like it could up soon.

$WWR "The United States and China continue to work on U.S. concerns regarding supply chain shortages related to rare earths and other critical minerals, with the goal of ensuring shipment levels return to appropriate levels," it said,.

$WWR Looks like they actually hired someone that knows something about graphite and mining! LMFAO. Dr. Anne Duncan is more qualified that the whole company put together!

$WWR Federal Permitting Section 404 permit: Westwater submitted its Clean Water Act Section 404 individual permit application to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (“USACE”) in June 2026. The public-comment period has concluded, and USACE is reviewing the comments received as the application advances through the next phase of review. Endangered Species Act consultation: The consultation concluded ahead of the FAST-41 timetable following comprehensive environmental fieldwork, habitat assessments and coordination with the relevant agencies. Cultural resources: Cultural-resource fieldwork is complete for the proposed project footprint, including additional acreage associated with the planned tailings-disposal area. No sites were identified as potentially eligible for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places, and the survey results have been submitted to USACE. Wetlands and streams: Wetland-delineation and stream-assessment fieldwork and reporting are complete.

$WWR It's great when this company gets new haters on this board (well honestly when old ones change their name or make new profiles to cause trouble). Just tells me it's a solid company with NO insiders telling their secrets. Great management skills because I KNOW some of you on this board try your best daily to bribe information out of them. And it pisses you off when they dont fall for it.

$WWR Trump rolling out the red carpet for Xi. Cheap battery graphite flooding the market. Westwater is DOA. They have no sales, no product, no means, no capacity and no hope

$WWR $aefI economics 101 beginers: 1st lesson if no Product is available, Buyers must pay more at higher price. PRODUCT IS SHARES, DO NOT offer sale , then Ask price must go higher For the buyer to buy to own.

$WWR need to test and push through .62. Issue is this is not typically a stock that moves without news. Just going to trade sideways and meander lower with low volume. Good time to accumulate if you believe in the overall story, no matter how long it takes.

$WWR 3. A Pivot to Aggressive "Qualification" and Sales Scrambling Westwater suffered severe blowbacks when cornerstone buyers like SK On and Fiat Chrysler (Stellantis) canceled or walked away from their initial procurement agreements. Right now, Westwater has virtually zero revenue (under $1 million). • The Immediate Task: Westwater's primary focus is sending samples out for customer qualification testing. • The Likelihood: Because battery-grade graphite takes months or years to test and approve, the company is unlikely to see meaningful revenue until 2027 or 2028.

$WWR 2. A "Stop-and-Go" Timeline for Kellyton The company did secure a critical $25 million loan from the Export-Import Bank (EXIM) to advance construction and push toward a 2027 commercial production target. However, the financing is relatively small compared to the scale of fully building out a vertically integrated mining and processing platform. The most probable outcome is that Phase I construction at the Alabama facility proceeds slowly and cautiously while the company aggressively shops for the remaining required capital.

$WWR Non the less I think the management will beat NASDQ discipline and shoot for $1 within the 12 months to come. I Still have a buy set for .45 cents. and will average down from .45

$WWR Why would you tell the world about your lack of education. WWR id doomed they have no building just dreams and those new contracts havent gone to bid yet.

$WWR pretty annoying(it's a pennystock), but technical price action may be kicking in. Potentially the dip before the squeeze. Price action starting within a couple days, or nothing really until around the 20th of October. Unless it doesn't even move with the market 😪 . Then late November, market volatility/ reversal of the economy. If that don't do it.. then long-term hope becomes smh

$WWR What a stupid AS- They have robots now with real life coochies. You can spend money on.

$WWR so this guy blocks most everybody his message is directed at… Pathetic really because if he had listened even a bit, he might not be drowning in his conspiracy filled world trying to convince himself that all negative info posted here is somehow coordinated. I mean the conspiracies are getting really deep and twisted now and the guy should really get back on his meds. Fascinating case study, though really… And I wish I could see the replies to his posts… But alas I’m one of those evil fired insider or duplicate account or whatever that he blocked long ago. The guy is such a tool. I couldn’t help but say something here. Long, short, or just on the sidelines, good luck everyone

$WWR seeing a bit of green. when the rug-pull comes, it always hurts my weak constitution
