$ATOS long post, IMO of course. After 6+ years of being long, not selling in 2021 and watching my investment being diluted due to malfeasance, I have taken a $15K loss and moved on. I was confidently bet this small amount on Endoxifen and its potential to treat breast cancer. My confidence in this drug is still there. My mistake was failing to be diligent when it comes to the executive leadership of Atossa. I do not believe Steven Quay has even the most remote of intentions to bring Endoxifen to market. I believe he is far more interested in funding his lifestyle as a scientist and padding his retirement off the backs of retail investors. I believe the revolving door of executives, legal counsel, PR reps, etc. is due to those people coming to the same conclusion.

$ATOS For the first time in a long long time, this stock closed well over 10%. The fact that it wasn't shorted down below it from that is, while not a sure sign, a pattern that only happens to a suppressed penny stock when MM has let off the brake pedals. Judging by the fact that Susquehanna exited their position, I'd say we're due for that easing of the brakes, and about to hit the gas. 10% movements attract more volume. This stock, with volume, has the potential to give 100% days with how low the market cap is, so get ready.

$ATOS This feels like another Dr. Quay snake oil salesman moment. If anyone was around when they were trying to increase share count and he said they would never authorize the increase unless the share price hit $10 per share...well, that never materialized. Unfortunately, I have zero faith that this one materializes as well.

$ATOS my take - they know a buyer is not likely any time soon so a larger phase 3 is going to be needed. And to do so, they will need cash. Much more cash. With the warrants in place, they are going to try and thread the needle with positive end of year news to exercise those and raise cash there. Hopefully they do it into volume and buying to offset the damage. I still don’t think that will be enough cash, so likely another ATM raise will be needed, but I would assume by that point they’ve shown enough data to start generating interest. A possible bonus avenue (which I believe is their goal), is to use as little as capital as possible to advance their rare diseases enough to get to the point of a marketing application, and PRV. Then they would sell that, retain cash to fund phase 3, and issue the bonus to shareholders which should also generate more interest, and build the platform for future buyers, while phase 3 BC continues on. I think they have a plan…but let’s see.

$ATOS and yet.. it wasnt shorted back down. Thats a break in the pattern. MM has this stock on lock. It doesnt ever gain more than like 9.98% just barely below the 10%. This just kept rising today. I think its due for a correction up.

$ATOS and if quay does something stupid and annhilates his stock again, Then yes, of course I will. But im going off the stock pattern, not the company pattern, and based on long calls, Its looking bullish.
