$BRTX it appears the delay in their filing is tied to the $4.1 million in severance claimed by Alstodt, Silva, and Kristal. The company is investigation whether these three engaged in some sort of self dealing while the three making the claim argue that they have a legit claim based on change of control. The company clearly doesn’t have the ability to make these payments which could trigger bankruptcy.

$BRTX if you haven't already, go to the SEC website and fill out a complaint form online. Takes maybe 5 to 10 minutes. They have already received a dozen or more on this company

$BRTX Absent a very near term capital raise (which will be extremely difficult with part time management) I think they'll be filing for bankruptcy soon. They are most likely near or entirely out of cash to operate.

$BRTX Roth Capital, who buried their clients in BRTX, had an initial $740 price target, then $300 which they still haven’t modified. These are split adjusted. Anorher quality firm! At least Alstodt had a relationship there and was able to raise cash through them. That relationship is now likely gone.

$BRTX Don Currie, energy guy, is new director, replacing Kathrayn Field. But BRTX isn't an energy company. WTF ????
