$CRVS Let’s talk ALPS, my favorite CRVS topic. It’s honestly been confusing. I am now pretty confident in the data being good. I was dis with delays and avoidance which of course markets and investors hate bu reviewing what we know: -The biology is rock solid. Most ALPS patients have a FAS gene mutation inhibiting apoptosis of Tcells causing the disease. The MOA of Soquel suggests strongly that it can correct the pathway allowing normal apoptosis. This is particularly interesting because soquelitinib isn’t being developed around just one indication. More clinical shots on goal means more upcoming data that can help determine whether the mechanism has broader potential.

$CRVS FYI, the worst is not over. I'm not saying it will go down in a straight line, but cheap will become cheaper, and "discounts" will be further discounted. The primary reason is because there is practically no incentive to buy the stock at this time or at these levels. Even if you believe the science will bear fruit (eventually), there are no catalysts expected for months. Those results may get delayed again (as we have heard on recent company calls and "chats"). Aside from the disappointment of delays themselves, it makes me wonder if there is a specific underlying cause for them that the company has yet to share. Prediction: Will be knocking on the door to single digits before long.

I think the freak out over 10yr yields is wring at Q3 gpd is now estimated at 5.1% with cpi at 2.4% for 7.5% nominal gdp. strong economy with people worried abt 0.4% over teh Fed 2.0% inflation target with Iran/Russia/Ukraine all happening at once...said another way, inflation is tame and any easing of energy will spike equities given a stron 2027 s&p earnings estimate that continues to rise.
