$EDGM I’ll be digging deep to see what the hell happened here. My once glorious pile of shares looks like dog shit right now. Maybe I was the sucker for never selling any? One way or another I’ll find out and report back my honest take on it as I always promised I would. Anyone that can get me up to speed on what the hells been going on for the last couple of months I’d appreciate it.

$EDGM I do believe the comment, never a better time to buy then now, is true. And it was never untrue. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

$EDGM Friday's rulings were positive for EDGM. NFA TRO Ruling (10/9/26), Case 0:26-cv-60096 Judge Leibowitz DENIED Adler Capital’s motion for a TRO/injunction against EdgeMode. The Sept 18 stay is lifted Key findings: Court ruled EdgeMode’s Series D Preferred (held by CEO Faulkner & CFO Wajcenberg, issued as salary comp) carries supermajority voting power — 25.5% each of “votes eligible to vote,” not limited to common stock. Combined = 51%+ control, independent of common dilution. Adler’s own witness conceded this reading at the hearing.

$EDGM Looks like almost 100% if volume over the last 5 weeks was toxic debt conversions. I'm reading this morning on the EDGAR website that they made a deal to limit conversions to a % and it looks like the limit was hit fast this month. What a joke. There are literally no buyers.

$EDGM Let’s see what kind of action today brings… volume isn’t going to come back without some kind of news, if there is any to be had.

$EDGM So what happened with this court thing in florida? These guys don't bother to spend a single moment to update investors and I've never seen anything like it. A company going through a legal battle that doesn't communicate with its investors?? It is criminal.

$EDGM Typical consolidation loan. Instead of 6 note holders, down to 1 note holder. Instead of 5 note holders diluting, down to 0 note holders diluting til January. The interest rate…. Still better than 6 interest rates combined. Just my opinion here. Big question remains…RS or signed deal! Which will happen first?

$EDGM if they are limited to a share count of 7 bil doesn’t it make covering harder for those short positions counting in 56 billion? Any substantive announcement could send this flying🙏🫣🤮🤮🤮

$EDGM What's everyone so jammed up about? Signed an MOU with Pure for hundreds of millions of dollars and it hasn't processed already. Not uncommon. Signed an MOU with Spark for 300 million, which is dependent on getting building permit. All of this takes time, not minutes.

$EDGM Hmm, off topic but .. AMFN looked interesting but it is going to take years for their fusion device, assuming it's somewhat real .. Then they announced possible R/S today. .. Looks like a bleed down until they do the R/S, then it could fly and crash. .. Maybe a trade back to $0.20 after hitting $0.065 again? .. $amfn ..

$EDGM Whenever I start to wish I had cashed out more heavily during the most recent bump to .007, I remind myself that both of the stocks I absolutely would have bought heavily with those hypothetical dollars ($APLD & $BW) are both down a LOT since that time. All of which is to say...it's interesting how things shake out. Curious to see how it all plays out for us all.

$EDGM Charlie paid off the toxic creditors! I am happy to see that he’s doing something right! Maybe he does have some plans for this company to thrive after all?! I hope we get some ground breaking news on closed deals soon!!! 🙏🙏🙏

$EDGM A masterclass in corporate storytelling. Edgemode appears to have developed a rather novel interpretation of the English language. Press releases: Acquired. Definitive. Ready. SEC filings: Memorandum. Lease. Non-binding. Of 24 Form 8-Ks reviewed, 12 contained no Item 1.01 disclosure of a material definitive agreement. Quite remarkable. Endless announcements, enormous projects, ever-increasing gigawatts. Rather less evidence of anything actually being completed. And when these grand ambitions fail to materialise? Not so much as an explanation. Simply move on to the next magnificent opportunity. One might reasonably conclude Edgemode’s principal business activity is announcing businesses it doesn’t yet possess. At this rate, they’ll have acquired half of Europe’s electricity supply before earning a penny. Still, why trouble oneself with binding contracts, financing or operational reality? If only press releases paid the bills.

$EDGM imagine how ludicrious it is at this point thinking any serious company would want to do business with EDGM. "Hey let's do business with this OTC company with a 1 million dollar market cap thats embroiled in legal battles. And even better- the execs have no track record of doing anything, ever. I'm sure it'll work out great"

$EDGM I've set a few alerts on Fidelity for this stock to let me know if/when it starts moving again...and now I'm going to put it out of my mind and not be checking Stocktwits on the daily. See y'all on the other side. 🙂

$EDGM Adler's got a deadline to respond to the court today (10/6) after his attorney stepped down from representing him. Curious to see how this goes, as always. And as always, my expectations are tightly managed.
