$FSLR big mixed bag here. I remember the last time solar companies went through a rate hike cycle... it was ugly. On the other hand, the policital headwinds in the U.S. could ease after the mid-terms.

$FSLR Nice to see the start of a bull run in this crappy market. This one I am holding long. I believe the AI buildout will be powered by this stock.

$FSLR patent case against $TOYO. Feb 24, 2026, $FSLR filed a Section 337 complaint at the ITC alleging that $TOYO, among many others, infringed its TOPCon cell patent. $FSLR sought an exclusion order, which blocks products at the border. ITC opened the investigation Mar 30. Sept 15, $FSLR announced it would withdraw the complaint, saying Section 232 tariffs changed the picture and it would pursue its patents in federal court against $CSIQ, $JKS, Trina and $TE instead. $TOYO is NOT a defendant in any. Sept 30, the ITC judge issued Order No. 47 closing the investigation without prejudice. Oct 7, $TOYO and the other respondents petitioned for closure with prejudice. The judge had already declined, writing that ITC precedent does not allow it when a complainant withdraws. Oct 14, $FSLR opposed the petition and ITC staff attorneys backed the judge. Oct 29, the Commission extended its deadline to review the order to Nov 23. Per its latest filing, $TOYO is a defendant in no patent case.

$FSLR Great profits by $FSLR. Like the company. But it's a reality that $CSIQ will be coming for their fair share of those profits too. 13GWs in backlog already (prices prior to sec232). 10GWs/yr manufacturing capacity in Dallas. $FSLR investors should take a deep look into it...

$FSLR lol this was the end of day momentum I was looking for yesterday, so if it ended at day high see if momentum carries to next few days before ER. Instead another lackluster day and stuck at mid $170 still 🤦‍♂️

$FSLR Basically back to end of Friday with that $10 rally gone. What is interesting is now the other solar plays $ENPH $SEDG $RUN going green though not by much, but also 10 year yield came down a bit closer to 5%, which could've moved this above $185 and through $190 without yesterday's reversal.

$FSLR Looks like the $170 bottom support is established. Thank goodness. I can only double down so many times.

$FSLR in my opnion people will blame POTUS for the high gas prices, no mater what. So good for democrats and democrats are good for green energy. US need protection against cn competion, so they will keep 45X for longer.

$FSLR fade into close or end at high of the day? I may turn bullish if this ends at day high today for days leading up to earnings.

$FSLR Boy if we get looser financial conditions, maybe some democrat gov't, and some incentives for solar, what a spot right now. Probably dead until earnings. Cant imagine not having a pop after ER
