$GERN Plenty of cash in bank, demand, sales and revenue growing at healthy rate. Profitability right around the corner and plenty of catalysts on the horizon. It is definitely a time to buy and not panic sell. The whole sector was down today. There is nothing wrong with GERN.

$GERN Well, I had to re-enter here at 1.24. Gobbled 15k shares to start. Seriously ..... Earnings are in 6 weeks and expectations WILL be high. I don't know if earnings will beat, but the expectations should drive this much higher leading into earnings.

$GERN I honestly do not get it. Revenue up Net income stil negative, but far less than last quarter. Some MM's must just be working hard to manupulate this, until they pull the trigger and it rockets. Oh wait....they don't even need to watch...AI does all the work

$GERN I think everyone is missing a very important point with the FDA discussion and timeline. GERN is trtingnto reach consensus with BOTH the FDA and EMA. Gerring boths blessing on the change, whatever that may be, requires EMA to be onboars to and they never move fast

$GERN I read the following on AI regarding the IMpactMF trial but am not sure what it means: "If Geron delivers a raw hazard ratio of, say, 0.60, but a pharma buyer applies a crossover-adjustment model showing that the true hazard ratio without crossover would have been 0.45, the scientific validation is complete. A buyer will pay a premium for a drug that proves it can rescue patients where an older control arm completely failed."

$GERN If the FDA had agreed to IMpactMF trial modifications, Geron already would have announced it. Harout Semerjian, the chairman, wants Geron's share price to rise, and a green light from the FDA would be fuel for a rise. I bet dollars to doughnuts that talks between the two have hit a snag, because it's taking too long a time.

$GERN I asked AI if a scenario was possible where both the required number of deaths have already been reached in the IMpactMF trial -- even months ago -- and where the IDMC has not begun their analysis. AI's answer was that FDA pushback is the only explanation for such a scenario: "The Events Happened: The final patient deaths required to trigger the analysis could have occurred months ago. The Data Was Cleaned: Geron's team could have gathered, collated, and prepped those preliminary data packages from all the global sites within a normal timeframe. The Stalls: But they hand that package over to an independent safety monitoring committee (the IDMC), or prepare to do so, and the IDMC cannot actually execute the analysis because the statistical rules, guidelines, or "thresholds" of how to evaluate that data are sitting in limbo while the FDA takes its time responding to proposed protocol changes. " The answer is continue in my next post, a reply to this one.

$GERN I'm not sure what to make of 's reply to on Imetelchat. It appears he's trying to assuage the latter's concern on a 90-day FDA timeline: "[D]id not mean to cause undue concern ... Assuming the trigger has already been modified, I don’t think just agreeing to a change in the trigger is material enough for a PR, while the IDMC outcome would be (that’s a guess on my part) and could be ongoing currently." I would think a trigger change would be material info because it impacts the trial's outcome, Geron's valuation, and the data release. If the FDA is pushing back on the change it means Geron is not controlling the timeline, while the FDA is via a possible pushback that may be taking more than 90 days to resolve. Ironically, an IDMC decision may not be material info if it's a "continue without modifications" because that doesn't change the 2028 final date and, therefore, can be announced months later during a fireside chat.

$GERN We have been here before at the lows and always shoot back to the $1.50 - $1.60 level. Buy the dip and wait for the next earnings which i believe comes out in early Nov. Good luck to all.
