$GEVO did the gap officially fill? I added this morning at 1.27 (hopefully for the last time.:)).

$GEVO I think you can genuinely call it bad luck when, after an almost endless history of corporate failures, the first year in which a company is finally expected to stop burning tens of millions of dollars happens to coincide with the year a pedophile, warmongering president is in power, driving what had been the most resilient economy in the world straight into the ground through greed and self-enrichment.

Bloom and Members of the Board of Directors, I am writing as a longtime shareholder of Gevo, Inc., having invested in the company for approximately seven years Throughout this period, I have witnessed repeated announcements of ambitious projects, financing initiatives, and optimistic projections that have not translated into meaningful shareholder value. My concerns extend far beyond the company’s declining stock price. Gevo has raised substantial capital from investors over the years, while shareholders have experienced significant losses and dilution. Meanwhile, executives have continued receiving substantial compensation packages, including equity-based awards, despite the company’s prolonged inability to deliver sustainable profitability. I find this disconnect between executive compensation and shareholder performance deeply troubling.

I did every single day … People can talk shit all they want on the past, the most important thing is showing profits and growth . Gevo is doing that . I can’t wait to see how the SP will react to a 3 cents profits in Q3, which will be huge compared to sooooo many peers in the industry .

$GEVO In Aug. 2026 Gevo commissioned EcoEngineers to independently analyze the entire ~185,560 km² corn supply shed around Gevo North Dakota against EU RED II land-use sustainability criteria. Key findings: • Land has been agricultural since at least 1972 • RED uses Jan. 2008 as a critical land-use reference date • From 2008–2024, no land-cover category changed more than ~±1.5% • Cropland/pasture +~1.12 percentage points • Forest/wetland essentially stable • Conclusion: no evidence Gevo ND corn demand caused material local land conversion Why does this matter? Gevo is also building farm-level traceability through Verity/CIBO/Cula, with baselines targeted for Q4 2026. At the same time ICAO/CORSIA added methodologies in 2026 allowing SAF producers to account for CCS + soil-carbon improvements in actual lifecycle CI. That looks like groundwork for airline/offtake/CORSIA/carbon-market qualification, not just ESG marketing.

I am also concerned about reported insider stock sales and would like clarification regarding meaningful open-market purchases by executives and how management’s interests are aligned with those of long-term shareholders. After more than six years of repeated promises, delays, and disappointing financial results, I believe shareholders deserve accountability and transparency. Specifically, I request a substantive explanation of: How executive compensation and stock awards are justified in light of the company’s historical financial performance. How the substantial capital raised from shareholders has been allocated and what measurable returns it has generated. Why numerous announced projects and corporate initiatives have not produced the results shareholders were led to anticipate. What measures the board has implemented to ensure executive compensation is tied to meaningful shareholder value creation.

$GEVO I Ran some numbers . Crazy we are at 1.17 ! I bought again a lot last week and probably next days if we go down again . I think the ethanol expansion is a major catalyst to come . At the end of the Day, the market will reward execution . I don’t Touch at my long position but definitely adding a lot to my swing position on the news.
