$IXHL One day, when we least expect it, this chart will suddenly come alive again. Take us back to last year. P2 results. Remember that rush? The 10% notifications, digging through the 8K, watching the green candles stack up. I was working in Columbus, Ohio at the time. I was still pretty green, but I didn’t sell. I believed we were bigger than that. Yes, the reverse split was looming, but now we’re many steps further forward, with a stronger balance sheet and a share count that could make a favourable result explosive. Bears see failure, another delay, delisting. I see a company that’s been further de-risked, with serious potential and one more major hurdle ahead. Biotech stocks make men, I’ve learned more about stocks and pharma through IXHL than I ever expected, and a lot of that came from people here sharing research and digging into the details. Whatever happens, it’s been one hell of a ride. But I still believe the biggest chapter is ahead. The end is near. We will prevail. IXHL always

$IXHL I have had some time today to do a little digging and I am keen to share. I think the IHL-42X patent story is being underestimated. Core THC + carbonic anhydrase inhibitor IP has July 2020 priority, with patents now granted in the US + Japan. US20260207631A1 goes further, covering OSA endotype/patient-specific dosing based on factors like loop gain, airway collapsibility & arousal threshold. WO2025107039A1 separately protects the fixed-dose THC + acetazolamide capsule, including stability, dissolution & PK work. Most interesting, Apnimed’s later cannabinoid + CA inhibitor patent cites Incannex’s earlier IP, while its principal THC claims list multiple CA inhibitors but notably not acetazolamide. Not proof IXHL blocked them but very interesting. So, the clear emerging moat: Combination → precision dosing → formulation Far stronger IP than the market appreciates.

$IXHL Well it's about time. Spikes finally showing up on my historical data charts. 11 of 19 biotech relatable similar stocks are showing two spikes this week before Tuesday next week. These are both random spikes, meaning there was no preparation or any pre-known information something was coming. Which makes sense because we haven't had any real news for the same time their last spike occurred. 71% correct so far this year on the data charts. Perfect timing due to the low prices. $IXHL The Russell index is really taking it on the chin. Inflation. Fuel prices. AI slowly taking over. Politicians trading stocks. Bulls throwing in the towel. It’s rough out there. Until things change, enjoy most days. My plan is to eat well—not perfectly—and keep exercising. A piece of food dropped off my fork at dinner yesterday and fell all the way into my lap. I’ll take that as a win. 😂 Seriously, a trading friend told me years ago, “It’s great making money, but it’s more important to be healthy enough to spend it.” That advice has stuck with me. Markets will have their ups and downs. We can’t control everything happening around us, but we can control how we take care of ourselves and each other. Maybe we’ll get some positive news in the meantime. Every day brings us one day closer. If we can block out the noise, keep things in perspective, and enjoy life along the way, all the better.

$IXHL Been in this for over a year now, I am 60% down on significant amount of money and starting to lose hope. I think they are just taking it slow, getting paid good salaries, moved to Dubai for tax free bonuses, and in no rush to get it the pill out there. I think the dreamz trial is just prolonging the research timeline to get paid more bonuses. I also dont quite understand the dose optimization trial. They already did test some different doses and didnt really see any significant variance. I do not expect anything significant to come out of the optimisation trial. It will just be more sugar coating to start phase 3 to get paid longer. Phase 3 will also require dilution as they do not have enough money to finish the trial. Another point, even though they have patented the pill, its just a combination drug of 2 commonly used substances, its pretty common for insurance to advise people to take 2 separate pills instead of paying for the premium product, and that can bypass the patent.

$IXHL On May 14, 2025, IXHL surged approximately 876% following the announcement that Phase 2 patient dosing had been completed — not even the actual trial results. Subsequently inJuly 2025 July 24: +61.39% July 25: −35.58% July 28: +13.33% July 29: −10.08% July 30: −17.76% (positive Phase 2 results announced) July 31: −33.52% The stock skyrocketed on completion of dosing, yet declined when positive clinical results were actually released. So I don’t even know what to think about Dreamz results. Doubt will go up 876% again, but if it did that would be $28.30 ( .94 pre reverse split pricing )

$IXHL Not heard much mentioned about this so here we go. The FDA Part 15 consultation started last month on psychedelics (2 days of public consultation), with the last day for comments was 5th October. Now recent PR has been mentioning PSX-001 and the news of Abbvie’s recent acquisition in this space is quite interesting. It’s looking positive if we are seeing things like this before any FDA publication.

$IXHL I anticipate seeing additional R&D monies in 2027. Likely another 5 or 6 Million next year. 6M can translate to 2M share cap raise not being necessary or likely an additional six months of spend beyond their current runway of twelve months. Receiving direct cash rebates acts as a major offset to trial burn. It allows them to extend their cash runway beyond the May 2027 DReAMzz readout without relying purely on dilutive equity financings or debt. Historically, there should be a 1 to 3 month run up leading up to the conclusion of a trial leading into phase 3. IMO this should get us comfortably past the DReAMzz readout. Then the big question. Partnership/licensing. Buyout/CVR, or self funding. Likely based on Top Line numbers.

$IXHL The disconnect here is getting hard to ignore. ~$41M market cap. $68.4M unrestricted cash. No debt. And this isn’t a company waiting to start development. IHL-42X: • Previous Phase 2 produced statistically significant AHI reductions, with individual responses up to 83% • FDA Fast Track • US patent protection into 2040 • DReAMzz now actively dosing ~120 patients across 14 US sites • Study designed to optimise the formulation before Phase 3 Yesterday’s Stonegate update summed up the transition perfectly: IXHL has moved from preparation to clinical execution. The market is still pricing this like a distressed biotech while the balance sheet and lead asset tell a very different story. Now execution matters. Enrollment, dose optimisation and the eventual Phase 3 pathway are the milestones to watch. For me, this remains one of the more interesting asymmetric biotech setups out there.

$IXHL The most brilliant observation in stockro1’s post. Acetazolamide is the most common, well-studied, and effective carbonic anhydrase inhibitor used for respiratory drive. If Apnimed deliberately excluded acetazolamide from its broader cannabinoid combination claims while listing other obscure CA inhibitors, it is a massive signal that Incannex's patent wall successfully blocked them from using the best molecule.
