$LEN During times of duress is when you find deals like these. Think Covid, think Ukraine war, think oil oversupply. The play here is high interest rates / housing prices.

$LEN I don't usually watch this stock on close, but just saw a 542K order flow across my brokerage's Time and Sales. Hope it helps or at least entertains someone here today. As always, GLTA.

$LEN Second largest home builder in the U.S., Lennar, is in a 2-year downtrend. Forced to slash prices or offer incentives to home buyers just to be able to sell homes in order to build new ones. Problem is, new builds are still sitting vacant. Keep an eye out on Lennar stock to get a pulse check on the residential real estate market. $DHI $RKT

$LEN Buffett bought because he knows Trump will manipulate the US housing market and make it go up regardless. Give it another year and the housing cycle will miraculously change into an uptrend due to some new policy

$LEN is the cleanest bull vs bear setup on my screens this weekend. Bull side: Berkshire ($BRK.B) kept adding through Sep 30 (latest fills ~81.6-82, stake now ~11%). It's also one of only 8 stocks passing all 7 Graham Defensive tests on my screener. P/E ~15, yield ~2.4%. Bear side: Friday close 79.81, already below Berkshire's latest buys. -37% over a year, ~5% above the 52w low (75.70). 30y mortgage rates up six weeks in a row to ~7.3%, Morgan Stanley started it at underweight with a 65 target. And Berkshire's daily buying pace dropped from ~58M to ~13.5M this week. No momentum or reversal signal yet, so the chart hasn't picked a side. No position. Does the slower buying mean Berkshire is close to done, or just waiting for lower prices?

$LEN the golden economy for market manipulation bribery extortion tariffs lawlessness. The golden economy for corrupt politicians and president. Everything was getting better until Trump administration took over. Wow mortgage rates are going to hit 8%. Who voted for these idiots. It took Trump and Republicans less than a year to ruin the housing industry and the Auto industry. Making foreign countries great again with our tax dollars. VOTE THESE CRIMINALS OUT

⚪ WOW!! Lennar is down over 7% today. Berkshire Hathaway recently bought another ~$54M of Lennar, bringing its stake to roughly 11%. Then Hunterbrook came out with a short report questioning Lennar’s relationship with its former spinoff, Millrose Properties, alleging that Millrose bought roughly $200M worth of Lennar homes in about a month. Berkshire is buying while Hunterbrook is short. This is getting very interesting. $LEN $SPY $DIA $QQQ $IWM
