$NOW has quietly built an absolute machine. ServiceNow generated roughly $2.85B in subscription gross profit last quarter, up from around $1.2B just a few years ago. I LOVE subscription business models because once customers are embedded, the revenue becomes much more predictable and every new dollar of growth can become more valuable. That kind of recurring revenue, combined with strong margins and high switching costs, is exactly the type of business I want to own for a long time.

Two pretty interesting announcements from $NOW today… ServiceNow introduced AI Passport, giving businesses more control over what their AI agents can actually access and do, with $NVDA as a design and launch partner. It also announced major upgrades to EmployeeWorks, allowing employees to build and customize AI agents without needing to code. I LOVE how these two developments fit together. Make AI easier to use across an organization while giving businesses the controls they need to trust it.

$NOW I’m not sure why I was so worried about losing the Director-General role. I resigned with a heavy heart, only to discover that being Supreme Commissioner of MM Affairs comes with a much nicer office and, crucially, a premium coffee machine.
