However, the realty firm's total income decreased to Rs 303.45 crore from Rs 493.72 crore. The company has developed numerous residential and commercial projects primarily in North India.

SC directs Chandigarh administration to refund Rs 47.75 crore to Parsvnath Developers' subsidiary
The Chandigarh administration could not hand over the possession of the land to PFCL in terms of the said development agreement. The PFCL had sought refund of the allotment money paid, along with compensation.
