$POYYF For those that accepted the tendered offer before the October 6th deadline, Fidelity told me that funds may settle up from 30 to 60 days after. If you've waited this long, that isn't much longer. I guess. lol

$POYYF tendered 2765 shares with Fidelity today. This will get us a bit closer to the share count participation needed.

$POYYF I spoke with Merrill Lynch today and Merrill holders of Solidcore should be receiving the tender offer by Friday. If you don’t receive it by Friday they said to call them on Monday.

$POYYF Closed at 13$ today. I will be surprised if buyback will be succesfull for all 100 million + shares.

$POYYF Missing from Q& A about tender offer is a question about overseas listing. Not sure tender offer will be successful ..even if they bought back 50 million shares that will be good for long term shareholders. Full tender offfer completion will push EPS to around 3$ .

$POYYF $SBRCY for that price, could you not take a flight and stay a month in Georgia, Belarus etc, transfer them to an acct and sell them on the open Russian market? Good luck, thank you for sharing. I think this may be another scam. The biggest scam was our govt simply shutting down the markets to virtue signal, both parties are to blame.

$POYYF I am having a problem electronically signing the SIGNI contract with Wood because it requires receiving a 4-digit PIN by phone and my phone is not receiving the PIN. Did anyone encounter this issue? The Wood contact person (Martina) is pretty ineffective and I have to decide whether to take the tender offer by 7 PM EST tonight.

$POYYF Does anyone know the capital gains tax rate for selling the shares on AIX through a foreign broker like Wood? I’m looking to move my shares and possibly sell on the open market as the tender offer discount is too severe.
