$PSNL and here we are still trading slightly above the acquisition price while we should normally be trading below.. why would anyone be buying above the acquisition price I wonder ?

$PSNL There are over 2000 stocks that are within 2 percent of their 52-week low's. I don't know how the economy is going to run on just Data Centers and AI if everything else gets left behing. We are in a huge wealth extraction cycle where money is being redistributed from the bottom to the top. It's terribly unhealthy even if the numbers themselves are saying things are fine.

$PSNL today’s news of expanded deal between Merc Moderna and TEM pretty much solidifies This is a done deal. Let’s get it over with for God sake so we can move on.

The downgrade reflects BTIG’s view that the deal will close at $16.25 per share, leaving limited upside and meaningful downside risk if the transaction encounters complications. Although regulatory filings showed that multiple parties, including Merck, had previously submitted bids, BTIG believes Personalis’ board prioritized regulatory certainty and speed over maximizing the offer, making a bidding-war premium unlikely. The stock’s decline was viewed as company-specific, driven by the analyst downgrade, removal of the price target and fading hopes for a higher competing bid. $PSNL $TEM

$PSNL I'm just watching what the other stocks are doing and thinking... Personalis could be $40/share right now. I wouldn't have thought it possible a few months ago but the entire sector has become a moonshot for the upper tier players.

$PSNL every one of my pitifully low share count is voting no for the $TEM acquisition. I’m about as sure as can be without actually knowing MRNA/MRK would have provided an upfront payment to an agreement. Regardless, if its used to account for the $76M to Tempus for backing out of deal, or if its been wrongfully allocated to Tempus already so they can pay for the PsNl acquisition, its highway robbery to PSNl shareholders. Shenanigans all around.
