$SG got tied up in meetings at work and couldn't add to my short position. Wiil do so tomorrow, and will continue as long as this goes up. , if you know how shorts prep a stock for a big pay day, then you would know why this is now being inflated. Even though I couldn't add to my short position on this lettuce stock, I covered my short position on $OSS earlier today at 5.97 from 17.47. It was a very nice pay day!

$SG up over 70% since another in a series of terrible earnings reports in Aug. No reason for it. They can't turn a profit and will probably go bankrupt with its horrendous CEO in a few years. I'll definitely be loading up on puts b4 earnings.

$SG Fountain Diet Coke: ~$0.35 all-in cost, ~$3.50 at checkout = ~90% gross margin. 1 in 7 sweetgreen orders taking one = ~7.3M sodas/yr ≈ +$26M revenue and ~+$23M of near-pure margin, roughly a 3% topline lift on a ~$770M run rate.

Wells Fargo upgraded Sweetgreen from Equal Weight to Overweight with an $11 price target, implying roughly 34% upside from the previous close. The bank cited improving operating fundamentals, faster restaurant service driven by Sweetgreen's automated “Infinite Kitchen” format, and a recovery in customer traffic that has exceeded expectations after the summer cyclospora outbreak disrupted the business.
The constructive view was reinforced by management's more optimistic tone at a recent industry conference. Wells Fargo also sees potential for new-unit growth in the high-teens annually and returns on invested capital above 40% for new restaurants, while comparable-store sales trends are beginning to stabilize after several weak quarters. The $11 target is based on roughly 18x forward EBITDA estimates, plus additional value for Sweetgreen's stake in Wonder.

$SG doubled my short position last Friday, with an average price of 10.21. Plan to add more if it goes up.

$SG I like it. Looking forward for this to go up more so I can add to my short position. My pay day is going to be a remarkable one.

Asymmetrical tape, one of the main reasons i bag the commons (tho i have been shaving off some shares in 9's)

$SG This is one of the easier shorts on the market.
The CEO is a buffoon. He never gets anything right.
They don’t even have operating cashflow which is the main metric for fast casual restaurants.
With all these restaurants struggling it would be interesting to see how these guys buck the trend.

$SG For the $11 target to be right, Sweetgreen has to earn about three times more than it ever has, starting from a loss this year.
The ebitda loss guidance for 2026 was what, -$25M?
Lol.

$SG guess the dude that ate this every day and was a super bull here has moved on? Restaurants are one direction. This will recover but it will take time and ride the back of the overall group. Aint happening tomorrow but give it time

$SG nibbled at November $10 puts today for $2K.
I expect momentum has good odds of maintaining over the next 30 days, so just a nibble. Ill keep adding as we get closer to ER as long as momentum holds.
