$TCX is this thing going to zero? wow. thought the TIng debt was non recourse to the holdco .... massive coiled spring here .... if some unexpected good news comes from Ting sale process... underneath is healthy domains biz doing 50m annual EBITDA. and a SaaS start up doing like 50m revs and 10m EBITDA.

$TCX this thing got really tight share structure and concentrated shareholder base.... this thing goes boom on Ting sale catalyst imo. Just walking away from the biz with zero $$ and getting off the debt + future commitments should be very good for the TCX equity imo.

$TCX wow this thing is cheap ... and hairy. If they get out from underneath Ting problem relatively unscatched .... could be boom town from 100 million market cap.
