I've been emailing the transfer agent for $UGIZ, Clear Trust, and talking to this lady, Jody. And I got the share structure updated on 9/28, and I asked her to update it today, October 2nd. It's unchanged.

$UGIZ The shareholder value argument is pretty foolish. The agreement caps the issuance at 150 million shares. That doesn't mean they have to issue all of them. Let's do the math: roughly $300K in debt at a 50% discount to the 20-day trailing trading low. I think you'd prefer the 150M-share cap over what the original terms could have allowed. If they can settle the shell's entire debt with 150M shares, you're still looking at just over 500M shares outstanding, a clean shell, and an oil services company coming in with an immense amount of work to do in Venezuela. That's a lot of potential business and revenue. I'd say the bigger question is what they're bringing into UGIZ, not simply the maximum number of shares authorized for the debt settlement.

$UGIZ They are touting opportunities in Venezuela and how they are in position to be a part of it. I’m calling bullshit. This is the same specious reasoning they tried to employ with the need for clean water in places like Honduras, India, East Palestine, Ohio. Yes, these places would benefit from efforts to improve access to clean water. After two + years of talking about meetings and impending deals did this company, with their childish photoshopping of rental equipment and pitch decks that they filched from another company, ever get to cleaning a drop of water? I don’t know what’s up with this GBS Capital deal, but what legit company would merge with this fake company and their relentlessly diluted shares?
